Installation of this product would be rated a 3Â out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected.

Things To Know
- This factory OEM upgrade also features the “Cornering Lamp.” This great safety feature will illuminate the front corner of the truck when making left or right turns when the fog lights are off. For example, if making a left turn in the evening the left fog lamp will temporarily illuminate to provide more illumination to the turn.

- Shipments are not able to be re-directed by the customer after being sent

Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments
General:
- Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Â
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

This right here was a must have add on the installation was great minus the one bolt where it’s hard to get to other than that it was very simple to hook up and flashing only took seconds. I did notice it took driving around for a while for the truck to learn that it had fog lights to show on the cluster that they were on.

Very Pleased with the Fog light kit. Adding the wires to the BCM was definitely the hardest part. Not impossible just tedious.

Dealership said no, but Infotainment said yes! Great 2020 Ram 2500 Tradesman upgrade! OEM Fog Light Kit! Less than 2 hour install! Great video with instructions! The only tough spot was connecting to the power source.

Instalation was pretty straight forward. Wiring was not label. Called for support to find out which wire went to which connector. Well support had a fifty percent to get it right, well they were wrong. Now the left light is plugged into the right power. The right light is plugged into the left power. The fog lights still work but just not plugged in correctly. Everything is OEM accept for the wiring harness. Harness is good quality but no labels.

I first have to say I love the product..looks great,oem parts..but alot tougher of a job than expected..I am no novice to working on all aspects of cars and trucks .from car audio,lighting,train horns ,full air systems,mechanical work etc..but trying to get to that bcm…wow..with my big hands I could only touch one of the connectors with one finger..I had to remove the emergency brake assembly to just get one hand up there..had to make all the connections with one hand…not easy at all..maybe someone knows a better way but I couldn’t see it..I want more products but dread having to get to bcm again..and bypass was in a tough spot too..that being said this was not the fault of infotainment..just where bcm is located..but I’m glad I did it..had to get led headlights and switchback led turn bulbs to match but love the led look..great job infotainment..only suggestion I have is maybe how to access that bcm..thanks..
