It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected. Things To Know
- Our clusters are pre-programmed for a 100% plug & play installation. Please be sure to fill-out our MUSTANG CLUSTER FORM to expedite the programming process. Please allow 3-4 days for processing as each order is considered custom.
- This upgrade requires the cutting and removal of a small piece of plastic behind the cluster on 2015-2017 model year vehicles. However, the conversion is fully reversible.
- You will not lose any functions over your current cluster. You must have a premium car with navigation for the in cluster mapping to work. However, all other features will work fine even if you do not have navigation.
- These clusters do not have oil temperature – Ford removed it at some point.
- There is no key reprogramming required with this kit.

- Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Â
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

It would extremely helpful if you included a pamphlet detailing how to setup all the modes. Your video is very helpful, but when you go to the vehicle a written pamphlet would be most helpful

I will 100% recommend this digital cluster to anyone it’s totally worth it and makes your car look like a spaceship, the only 2 things I honestly was disappointed about is that I didn’t get the paddle shifters light indicators on the dash I don’t know why they didn’t program it to me, and the other thing is the delay of the shipment it took like more than 2 months to get my order like about 70-80 days but they honestly told me about that before i even buy it that they may have delays as the parts are not available and you can cancel your order at anytime but you have to step on the line again to wait for the parts, other than that this cluster is a must on any S550

Very pleased. Looks great and all the factory features work. For someone who enjoys works on their own car and natural do it yourselfer; was a moderately difficult project. Hardest part was removing the air back (pony parts had the best video and explanation).

I purchased this product, went in pretty easy, was a little fearful of having to remove some plastic support behind the old cluster but afterwards it went in fine, everything else installed without difficulty, took about 3 hours. I would definitely purchase again, love the new display and functions without the price of a new 2018 or 19 Mustang. Thanks to all at infotainment for the support.
