Product Installation
Installation of this product would be rated a 2 out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected. Simply remove and replace your existing speedometer cluster. 100% plug and play!
Things To Know
- Supplied cluster will be pre-programmed to accept vehicle’s mileage automatically from one of multiple ECU within the vehicle.
- The supplied cluster will match your current cluster whether it’s red or the green/blue color.
- Supplied cluster engine idle and full run time hours will be set to zero. Since the base clusters don’t show idle time we just leave them at zero. If you would like your engine hours updated on the supplied cluster then your local dealer will need to connect their scan tool to your vehicle and provide you with a printout from GDS2 showing both idle and full run time.
- Please let a team member know if you have recently upgraded to GPS navigation or Apple CarPlay/Android Auto upgrade. These options will not be shown when our programmers decode your VIN.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks to procure, program, and ship your cluster.
- We offer these clusters in both MPH and KPH formats.
- Please allow a few tanks of fuel to be burned before the estimated fuel range meter is in sync.
- The transmission temp gauge will be located within the tow haul mode.

This process may delay the shipment depending on sales volume. If by day five (5) the order hasn’t shipped, the customer will get an email from customer service with an update regarding the status of their order. If a product is considered back-ordered or a special order it will be noted within the product advertisement or by the sales agent. In this case, order fulfillment may take as little as 2 weeks or as many as 6 weeks.Â

Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments
Infotainment.com is not responsible or liable for lost, missing, or stolen shipments. It is recommended that a customer opts for signature confirmation and/or package insurance prior to checkout to help mitigate the liability of losing their shipment. Otherwise, customers are encouraged to monitor the expected delivery date of their order and make arrangements to accept a successful package delivery personally. If the order has been marked as delivered and the package is not found, the customer is encouraged to do their due diligence immediately to locate the missing package. - Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Â
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.

For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.

For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.
