Featuring the Infotainment.com exclusive factory OEM Mopar Wrangler JL / Gladiator JT paddle shifter upgrade (option code “SCT”). Paddle shifters allow you to shift-on-the-fly safely while holding the steering wheel. Jeep owners will get to simulate the manual gear selection aspects of a standard transmission meanwhile extracting more power from their engines. Great for off-roading!
Our kit includes the security gateway module bypass and the OBD Genie C-SCT programmer which will enable the “SCT : Paddle Shifters” option code within the Jeep’s body control module. Dealer programming is not required!

Installation of this product would be rated a 2Â out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected.
Things To Know
- Although it is not an “exact” fit, this upgrade can be installed on the original factory Jeep steering wheel. The steering wheel designed for this kit features orange stitching which will not match many interior configurations.

- Infotainment.com uses the US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx as package carriers
- Orders are shipped Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)
- Infotainment.com fulfills orders from 5 different locations in North America. Individual items within the order may ship from different locations with different tracking numbers
- Shipments are not able to be re-directed by the customer after being sent
- Next Day or Overnight shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on the product and the technician labor that may be required.Not all expedited shipping methods are available to all locations.

Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments
General:
- Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Â
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

Hi guys and gals,
I decided to install the upgrade since I exclusively use the Manual transmision mode due to the puny, European only, 2.2l turbodiesel (197 hp/332 ft-lbs). In Auto it runs one gear lower with the ensuing penalty in fuel consumption (at 7,50 $/gallon it makes a difference, in case you were wondering if I am frugal or stingy). My contact with Ryan Kenyan to clarify the international shipping was courteous, constructive, fast and on the dot wrt. shipping costs. The install was a tad bit different from the posted video, since the airbag on my MY 19 JLU has only one connector and the plugs for the security gateway (not mentioned in the video due to the MY 17 Wrangler) are hidden behind a support bar I could not find on eiter the infotainment.com nor the OBDGenie websites that made the access very difficult.
After the install the paddle shifters did not work initially. However, after the Jeep sitting in my garage for a day and a half they now work as advertised and anyone would have hard time to knock the smile off my face when driving it. Kudos to "Mr. Chris" for his excellent installation video and a suggestion to update the instructions to cover the MY 19 and up differences.
If you are driving the same engine and are considering the upgrade I will have to let you know about one snag: the Stop/Start feature is (for now) disabled and nobody seems to know why. Gregory Hayes as my customer support rep has been very helpful with his technical expertise and advice, but I have been unsucessful (so far) to re-activate it.
Overall the upgrade is well worth the money and time spent. With the crew at infotainment.com you are in the best hands to make more of your Wrangler!
