Product Installation
Installation of this product would be rated a 2 out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected.
Remove and replace your existing radio by removing the radio “bezel” dash surround trim typically held in with a few screws and/or retaining clips. If you need any assistance along the way please feel free to visit our YouTube page or contact our customer support department.
Things To Know
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing steering wheel mounted audio controls.
- Depending on stock levels, the radio you receive may be equipped with the late-model “cool blue” backlit buttons. Otherwise, the “factory green” backlit buttons will continue to ship as normal.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing back-up rear view camera. If you would like to add a rear view back-up camera check out most popular plug & play TailGate Handle Camera.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing roof-mounted SiriusXM satellite radio antenna. If you do not have this feature you will need to add our Custom SiriusXM GPS Antenna Kit to utilize both satellite radio and GPS navigation.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing UConnect Bluetooth hands-free calling feature as long as you install our UConnect Jumper Kit. - Orders are shipped Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)
- Infotainment.com fulfills orders from 5 different locations in North America. Individual items within the order may ship from different locations with different tracking numbers
- Shipments are not able to be re-directed by the customer after being sent
- Next Day or Overnight shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on the product and the technician labor that may be required.Not all expedited shipping methods are available to all locations.

Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments
General:
- Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Â
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

This RHR 730N was a direct replacement for my RHZ 430 in my 2014 Grand Caravan. Once installed with the Uconnect harness, everything was working correctly. The swap took me about an hour. The directions from the webpage and the included paperwork made the job easy. Delivery of the unit was quick and the email support was great.

I bought the Media Center 730n RHR for my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan and it looked like new. Installation was a breeze and I did not need the dealer to flash it for it to work. Customer service was awesome. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to save money yet have good quality.

I purchased the 730N RHR head unit for my new Dodge Grand Caravan. It didn’t come with any modern features as it was the APV/SE package. I loved the van but missed the lack of technology, so I ordered this unit because it came with UConnect already built into the radio. Now all I had to do is order the Uconnect microphone and GPS antenna and I am now back into the 21st Century! Thank You OEM AutoParts for saving me over a thousand dollars from the Dealerships quote! Plus the Dealership said it wasn’t possible to upgrade my radio to UConnect if the van didn’t already have it? Just goes to show you. You can’t always trust the Dealerships to be in the know.
