For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

Looks as good if not better than factory. Clean black finish matches the rest of the black plastic on the truck. Make sure to do yourself a favor and order the obd install with the handle. It has to be programmed into the body control module. If you don’t get it then you will have to take vehicle to the dealer to have it flashed.

The directions I received before purchasing this handle were fantastic. My questions were answered well and with clarity! I connected this to an aftermarket stereo as we just had the base 3" OEM head. The available videos to help with install were excellent and everything fit as though it was OEM. I was hoping for marginally better camera quality, but this one helps me connect our trailers just fine! Its just me being picky.

It works well. The installation video did not show the proper spot to plug the video cable into the radio. The video showed the video cable plugging in to a port on the radio. It actually had to plug into the video whip cable coming from the radio.

Good camera for the price, easy wiring and set up with the programming module. Video quality is not as I thought it would be. That could be due to the stereo screen or the camera I just don’t know. But it works as it should. Did not have to contact service for anything so I can’t comment on that. Overall I am satisfied and camera was cheaper than OEM and did not have to take it in to get it programmed. I recommend this camera for the 2017 RAM 1500 trades man quad cab.

I was skeptical about the camera system in particular the reprograming part.
This was as close to perfect as you could get to as described. The install from start to finish took me by myself less than two hours with a short break. Very easy to do, after asking support a few questions. Has only one problem! It can not see in the dark-if you can’t it can’t! I believe I will have a solution though. Ordered a Morimoto Boost Bar License Plate Light (R138702). Will keep you informed if you would like. Do to price and ease of install your would STILL be my choice! If this works-as i think IT WILL- might be a good option to be offered. "Morimoto" lighting has a great reputation. I leave for work @ 5AM so @ at that time additional light is needed-assume OE’s use a infrared type camera? I went a little "overboard" w/nylon ties so took a bit longer but that was my choice. WORKS GREAT! Hope to change that to PERFECT.

I purchased the dynamic kit ‘cus that’s what I wanted. Everything about this ‘kit’ was professional – except the time to get it.
One thing I learned working in consumer elctronics is:

The wiring was not long enough to go between my radio and tailgate camera. I have a crew cab with an 8ft box which makes my truck very long. The issue was resolved with chat support.

Camera and tailgate looks great just like oem fit and finish. Instructions were thorough all though forgot to mention if you start the vehicle with the obd genie plugged in it can damage it. Install was smooth but ended up damaging the obd genie by starting the vehicle while it was plugged in and ended up ripping the ends off the harness from the camera and the camera plug to cab. The customer support was great and gave me the harness part numbers I needed. They’ even told there parts about the issue and made ordering new harness super easy. As well after going back and forth with customer service as to why the obd genie was not working they sent me a replacement free of charge.

Wonderful product that will greatly enhance my driving (backwards) experience! One minor installation glitch (my bad crimp), but otherwise pretty elegant. The lens isn’t noticeable in the new tailgate handle. Love that I will no longer hit the tongue of our travel trailer. The OBDGenie worked perfectly, allowing me to see the camera on my Ram’s touchscreen!

i have always wanted the camera for my truck. it had the backup sensors but no camera. When i recieved the new camera from Infotainment and installed it (about 1.5 hours). It worked great! Nice clear picture and easy to see when backing up to trailers. I now can hook up the trailers by myself much easier. Thanks for having this product available.

Camera kit is as advertised. No real instructions other than a paper that shows the parts but installation is pretty straight forward and not very difficult. One thing to make the tailgate handle easier to is to remove the camera wire or it will be impossible to install. I was concerned about splicing wires at the BCM but the terminal that came with the kit made it easy. There is no cutting or splicing and there is no need to take the BCM connector apart. Just attach the lead and screw down the cap to tap into the wire. Just make sure of the colors. BCM wire looks more purple than blue like the paper says.

Overall was straight forward but the location of one wire splice in oem kit was difficult without tech support help. Once the dynamic lines issue was solved it was a breeze. Now I have factory look for camera. The programmer is a really nice feature as well.

This was easy to install, just need patience and willingness to tackle this level of wiring. What I would like to see is being able to use the existing wiring already there in the SLT models. This was the most frustrating part was having to run wiring even though it already existed.

Works very well but, that said, there are a few items that need to be improved. Also, I installed an upgrade to the RA2 at the same time and that part was extremely easy.
1) Followed the video steps and that is your best bet for directions however, getting the wire from the new handle through the bottom of the tailgate is not all that easy (needed to improvise a fish with a wire coat hanger) and routing the main harness under the truck and through the e-brake grommet is a real bear of a job but at least doesn’t require any real skill, just care in avoiding suspension, exhaust, etc.
2) The wires for the power supply (red and red/black) are quite a mall gauge. Stripping them tor away several strands of the conductor and had to carefully remove the insulation to keep the wires intact. Then the first crimp connections didn’t grab the wires since they were so small. fortunately I had some additional connectors in the correct size and with great care, they held.
3) Connecting the camera power supply plug to the back of the existing 12V supply was extremely difficult since I had a hard time telling what the proper orientation was (Helpful Hint: Pay very close attention to the orientation of the plug when you remove it. I didn’t and paid the price) plus it is a very tight fit to reach a hand in to seat the plug.

Got my camera in yesterday and installed it today. Took about an hour as runnin the wire down the frame rail was a pain. Other than that it was a breeze and it works awesome. I highly recommend this product.

Everything was perfect, fast ship, everything that was supposed to be in the box was there and everything went well. Install wasn’t easy but I wanted the OEM camera. Watch the installs on YouTube, pay attention to the wires you plug into the head unit harness and you get the orientation correct. The picture in the instructions is looking down at the wire side not looking at the pins. Also getting the harness in through the firewall where they say is impossible, if you have an automatic transmission go in through the plastic plug for the clutch assembly.

Excellent product. Installation would have been a breeze, but I am 63 and crawling around under the truck is for a 30 year old. Video was extremely helpful. Exceptions: Bringing the cords through the floorboards by the parking brake. Would have been helpful to see how you actually did it. And the dashboard removal, I fought for 5 minutes to get the thing off with the gear shift holding it on. A pain in the ARS. Also, the video shows the yellow video cable being easily disconnected in the wiring pass-through harness. It also points out that the blue cable is for the bed-camera. In actuality, both video cables were heat-shrink sealed in black tubing. They were clearly labeled, but I had some reservations about cutting the shrink-wrap. (As in, why seal them if the were meant to be disconnected? Maybe I was doing it incorrectly … a lot of second thoughts.) I also found the gauge of the wire for power to the tailgate camera was a bit too small. Trying to strip and splice the tiny wire was a challenge.
Overall. I could not have been more pleased. The shop wanted $300 to install, not including the camera, and they weren’t as accommodating to my schedule. My wife told me: "You will never get the dash back on without it squeaking forever" (No problems there at all.) If you are considering a back-up camera, this is the one you want. Excellent product. Installation would have been a breeze, but I am 63 and crawling around under the truck is for a 30 year old. Video was extremely helpful. Exceptions: Bringing the cords through the floorboards by the parking brake. Would have been helpful to see how you actually did it. And the dashboard removal, I fought for 5 minutes to get the thing off with the gear shift holding it on. A pain in the ARS. Also, the video shows the yellow video cable being easily disconnected in the wiring pass-through harness. It also points out that the blue cable is for the bed-camera. In actuality, both video cables were heat-shrink sealed in black tubing. They were clearly labeled, but I had some reservations about cutting the shrink-wrap. (As in, why seal them if the were meant to be disconnected? Maybe I was doing it incorrectly … a lot of second thoughts.) I also found the gauge of the wire for power to the tailgate camera was a bit too small. Trying to strip and splice the tiny wire was a challenge.
Overall. I could not have been more pleased. The shop wanted $300 to install, not including the camera, and they weren’t as accommodating to my schedule. My wife told me: "You will never get the dash back on without it squeaking forever" (No problems there at all.) If you are considering a back-up camera, this is the one you want. You won’t be disappointed.

Ordered camera kit as described in video for easy installation. 12volt pass through harness and stock RA2 radio pass through harness make it super easy for installation. Power connections (positive & negative wires) from 12volt pass through are just simple connections made by included red splice quick connectors. Camera quality is great! static grid lines are calibrated pretty good with rear truck dimensions. After install i went to dealer to program back camera to radio/ truck computer.

Easy install because customer support is excellent. I ordered the Aftermarket OE Style with the OBD Genie and recieved the C4T interface cable. Once in the cab I called customer support to see where to plug in the video cable from the camera. The video connector on the C4T comes connected to another video cable connector and it’s "shrink wrapped". You have to remove the shrink wrap, pull apart the video connectors, and plug in the video connector from the camera to the appropriate video connector on the C4T interface cable. Nothing in the directions about this I assume because of the varied applications for the cable. The wire connector for the power took two tries (that’s on me since this was my first time using that splice connector). OBD Genie programed on the first try (good directions). I will purchase from Infotainment again because the product is excellent and so is their customer support.

Real nice camera. Works like advertised. Easy install until you get to running wires through firewall. There’s a grommet just to left of the emergency brake cable up 8" – I drilled 1/2" hole through grommet & ran harness through there. Also you can plug into any hot wire that turns off with ignition if your kit comes with a module. Customer support was fantastic. I would have rated 5 stars if instructions would have been clearer.

Everything so far is great and easy to install! Just 1 minor hiccup, that I might as well share with everyone incase they run into the same problem and get frustrated. I had the 5.0 inch radio that came stock and I ordered the best radio they offer, the 8.4 ra4 and also the oem tailgate handle rear back up camera. Everything installed great with 1 problem… I figured it would all hook up and work… but come to find out it doesn’t you need either a lock pick from oem, or you have to take it to the dealer to get it flashed.. I just ordered the lock pick for the obvious extra advantages

Ordered a Morimoto Boost Bar License Plate Light (R138702). Will keep you informed if you would like. Do to price and ease of install your would STILL be my choice! If this works-as i think IT WILL- might be a good option to be offered. "Morimoto" lighting has a great reputation. I leave for work @ 5AM so @ at that time additional light is needed-assume OE’s use a infrared type camera? I went a little "overboard" w/nylon ties so took a bit longer but that was my choice. WORKS GREAT! Hope to change that to PERFECT.

Install was smooth but ended up damaging the obd genie by starting the vehicle while it was plugged in and ended up ripping the ends off the harness from the camera and the camera plug to cab. The customer support was great and gave me the harness part numbers I needed. They’ even told there parts about the issue and made ordering new harness super easy. As well after going back and forth with customer service as to why the obd genie was not working they sent me a replacement free of charge.

i have always wanted the camera for my truck. it had the backup sensors but no camera. When i recieved the new camera from Infotainment and installed it (about 1.5 hours). It worked great! Camera kit is as advertised. No real instructions other than a paper that shows the parts but installation is pretty straight forward and not very difficult. One thing to make the tailgate handle easier to is to remove the camera wire or it will be impossible to install. I was concerned about splicing wires at the BCM but the terminal that came with the kit made it easy. There is no cutting or splicing and there is no need to take the BCM connector apart. Just attach the lead and screw down the cap to tap into the wire. Just make sure of the colors. BCM wire looks more purple than blue like the paper says.

Works very well but, that said, there are a few items that need to be improved. Also, I installed an upgrade to the RA2 at the same time and that part was extremely easy.
1) Followed the video steps and that is your best bet for directions however, getting the wire from the new handle through the bottom of the tailgate is not all that easy (needed to improvise a fish with a wire coat hanger) and routing the main harness under the truck and through the e-brake grommet is a real bear of a job but at least doesn’t require any real skill, just care in avoiding suspension, exhaust, etc.
2) The wires for the power supply (red and red/black) are quite a mall gauge. Stripping them tor away several strands of the conductor and had to carefully remove the insulation to keep the wires intact. Then the first crimp connections didn’t grab the wires since they were so small. fortunately I had some additional connectors in the correct size and with great care, they held.
3) Connecting the camera power supply plug to the back of the existing 12V supply was extremely difficult since I had a hard time telling what the proper orientation was (Helpful Hint: Pay very close attention to the orientation of the plug when you remove it. I didn’t and paid the price) plus it is a very tight fit to reach a hand in to seat the plug.
All that said, this is a really good solution to adding a back up camera to the Ram.

Excellent product. Installation would have been a breeze, but I am 63 and crawling around under the truck is for a 30 year old. Video was extremely helpful. Exceptions: Bringing the cords through the floorboards by the parking brake. Would have been helpful to see how you actually did it. And the dashboard removal, I fought for 5 minutes to get the thing off with the gear shift holding it on. A pain in the ARS. Also, the video shows the yellow video cable being easily disconnected in the wiring pass-through harness. It also points out that the blue cable is for the bed-camera. In actuality, both video cables were heat-shrink sealed in black tubing. They were clearly labeled, but I had some reservations about cutting the shrink-wrap. (As in, why seal them if the were meant to be disconnected? Maybe I was doing it incorrectly … a lot of second thoughts.) I also found the gauge of the wire for power to the tailgate camera was a bit too small. Trying to strip and splice the tiny wire was a challenge.
Overall. I could not have been more pleased. The shop wanted $300 to install, not including the camera, and they weren’t as accommodating to my schedule. My wife told me: "You will never get the dash back on without it squeaking forever" (No problems there at all.) If you are considering a back-up camera, this is the one you want. You won’t be disappointed.

Power connections (positive & negative wires) from 12volt pass through are just simple connections made by included red splice quick connectors. Camera quality is great! static grid lines are calibrated pretty good with rear truck dimensions. After install i went to dealer to program back camera to radio/ truck computer.

Easy install because customer support is excellent. I ordered the Aftermarket OE Style with the OBD Genie and recieved the C4T interface cable. Once in the cab I called customer support to see where to plug in the video cable from the camera. The video connector on the C4T comes connected to another video cable connector and it’s "shrink wrapped". You have to remove the shrink wrap, pull apart the video connectors, and plug in the video connector from the camera to the appropriate video connector on the C4T interface cable. Nothing in the directions about this I assume because of the varied applications for the cable. The wire connector for the power took two tries (that’s on me since this was my first time using that splice connector). OBD Genie programed on the first try (good directions). I will purchase from Infotainment again because the product is excellent and so is their customer support.

Real nice camera. Works like advertised. Easy install until you get to running wires through firewall. There’s a grommet just to left of the emergency brake cable up 8" – I drilled 1/2" hole through grommet & ran harness through there. Also you can plug into any hot wire that turns off with ignition if your kit comes with a module. Customer support was fantastic. I would have rated 5 stars if instructions would have been clearer.

Everything so far is great and easy to install! Just 1 minor hiccup, that I might as well share with everyone incase they run into the same problem and get frustrated. I had the 5.0 inch radio that came stock and I ordered the best radio they offer, the 8.4 ra4 and also the oem tailgate handle rear back up camera. Everything installed great with 1 problem… I figured it would all hook up and work… but come to find out it doesn’t you need either a lock pick from oem, or you have to take it to the dealer to get it flashed.. I just ordered the lock pick for the obvious extra advantages
