This 100% factory OEM Ford® tailgate logo camera with a high quality aftermarket camera has been brought to you exclusively by Infotainment.com to allow for a completely plug & play installation of a rear view camera for your factory radio display. Compatible with our backup camera pre-programmed Sync 1 factory navigation radios.
Product Installation
Remove and replace your tailgate handle. Route the camera wiring to behind the radio display. Interface the camera’s yellow RCA video cable to the radio interface RCA. Tap camera’s power/ground wires into the included U-INTEZDC kit which easily plugs behind the cigarette lighter. If you didn’t purchase any sort of screen upgrade with Infotainment.com then simply purchase and run the F-RVC through your OBDII port. Done!

- Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Â
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

I purchased the radio kit along with the backup camera. Everything came slightly different then what’s listed or shown in the video. Once you figure out how to connect everything together and watch the video a couple times installation becomes a breeze.

Works great! Only issue, is the camera connection to wire loom is touchy. Picture is on and off real easy. Connection is not tight. But I made it work.

After ordering the OEM Radio/Nav system for my ’09 Ford F150 I decided to complete the system with the OEM backup camera. Ordered and came within a week. The instructions were easy to understand and the whole install took a bit over 3 hours. On thing of note: when merging the camera harness to the 25 foot extension to the front of the truck look closely for the two arrows on the pin connectors. The instructions state to be careful as it only goes in one way (which it does) but once aligned you need to push all the way in until you here it "click". I was being too careful which resulted in trouble shooting that didn’t need to be done. Again, "Thank you" to Chris in customer support for his quick replies and help.

Great choice I made. The camera position is better than factory. The factory provided camera is in the tailgate handle not a good spot camera subject to damage during opening of tailgate.

bought my radio and cameras rim oem and had a great experience. To start off the price wasn’t bad and I got my radio pretty quick. I thought the install would have been easier but when I ran into a problem I called oem and they talked me right through the prob. My only grip would be I wish they sold more so I could continue to do business with them. Would recommend to friends.
