Product Installation
Simply remove and replace your truck’s side-view mirrors. Remove and replace the right front door module, the left front door module, and the left front door switch. Once the hardware installation is complete simply run the included OBD Genie C-FLD programmer by plugging it into the truck’s OBDII port under the steering column. Once the green light appears the programming is complete! (2018 & 2019 model year owners will need to temporarily install an included Security Gateway Module Bypass device prior to using the OBD Genie C-FLD programmer)

- Driver’s side auto-dim mirror will function as long as the truck features a factory installed interior auto-dim rear view mirror. Ram does not offer passenger side auto-dim mirrors.
- If your vehicle currently features heated mirrors you will retain that option.
- Orders may ship in two or three separate packages depending on stock
- If you are upgrading from a standard 6×9 mirror to the tow 7×11 mirror, and would like Tow Mirror reinforcements, see the diagrams below:
- This upgrade is only compatible with trucks equipped with power windows & door locks. If your truck has manual roll-up windows this upgrade is not possible to perform.
- To reprogram the power window “auto down” feature simply hold the driver/passenger window switch in the downward position for 10 seconds.

If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Awesome mirrors! Very easy to install. Took an hour to install..How-to-install videos were VERY helpful and spot on! Only issue was locating the security gateway module in the truck for the genie. 2019 Ram Classic trucks..security gateway module is behind the radio..Remove the radio bezzle and unscrew the radio to find security gateway module.. Great quality purchase right out the box!

Everything works great easy to install. Mirrors did come already in the folded position you can manually open but found out the mirrors will repossession themselves just have to activate them a couple times

Purchased and installed these on my 2017 Longhorn which has EVERY option except folding mirror–???. These work excellent and I use this feature constantly, especially in parking lots where I might take up a bit more room than your average sedan.
The ONLY issue, and it may be with my truck only, is that I lost the tilt-in-reverse mode. Now to be honest, this is not all that handy for me but it is useful on a few occasions. I asked for a new OBD to be delivered thinking maybe it was not programmed correctly. I consulted with at least 3 people at InfoT, but no one offered any suggestions nor sent me a replacements OBD. I attempted to reprogram several times. I may try to install my original control modules to see if they work, but the modules I was sent override this function. Other than the loss of this function and the lackluster customer service, these mirrors are excellent and the install was very easy, especially if you have a set of plastic trim tools.Helpful (0) Unhelpful (0) -

The folding mirror upgrade kit is everything I was promised. There is no doubt in my mind that my truck has increased in value as a result of installing the upgrade, and it went exactly as shown in the VDO. Very easy, and high quality parts.

The reason I did not give a 5 star is due to the mirrors does not tilt down as the ones I replace it with. I think you should complete your mirrors with the tilted function. That was the only disappointment with the mirrors. The installation and all plug in wiring were like the originals from the factory.

This is a simple up grade. The mirrors were installed in 30 minutes by myself and I couldn’t be happier. I watched the video before I purchased this which made installation easy. Everything works perfectly and delivery of the mirrors was superfast. I’m a happy camper.

After watching people run into the mirrors on my Ram 1500 and having to remember to pull in the passenger side mirror every time I pull into the garage (and being paranoid I’ll forget to do it one day) I finally broke down and bought this kit. The install went very smoothly (once I figured out how to get the first door panel back on) and the OBD Genie only took about 20 seconds to program the truck for the power fold mirrors. Everything works perfectly since the kit uses Mopar parts – this kit is not made up of aftermarket parts. But I don’t have a problem with that – I always prefer OEM components. This is everything I was looking for – another great upgrade from Infotainment.

I would given this five stars, except that when they sent my order they didn’t include the door switch (which is part of the payment and supposed to be included), they told me I didn’t need the door switch and I had to send them a picture of mine to show them I needed the door switch. Other than that everything works great.

I was asking a professional installer to quote on installing power mirrors but they said don’t bother because the wiring is a pain and it takes too long. I watched the video and did it myself. Super quick and easy and really happy about the product and install video. Glad I found Infotainment.

I’m extremely happy with the power mirrors. They were extremely easy to install (30 min max) and they work perfectly. I’ve purchased cheap aftermarket mirrors in the past which vibrated at speed which made them worthless. These are a bit pricey but they work perfectly!!!!

All OEM items. Worked as described. Went from having standard mirrors without reinforcing brackets. Additional kit of brackets and nutserts , rivet/washer would be nice to offer as well! If you don’t have the brackets plan on getting elsewhere with fasteners. The holes are not threaded. I used large rivets that worked fine. Nutserts would be best. Nice upgrade when completed.

I’m not super mechanically inclined, but the install was pretty easy and only took a couple of hours solo. I ordered a $10 plastic "door panel" tool kit off of Amazon – if you don’t have one get one – very handy and helps to not damage parts. The new door panel circuit board takes an additional plug with the new mirrors, put the new plug below the existing 2 in a new socket. My memory up on the driver side window didn’t work after install. Support was great giving me an easy fix – roll up the window and hold the window up button all the way for a count of 10 to reset it – I assume do the same if your down doesn’t work after. Fantastic upgrade and really easy to install.

I had two issues. First, installation caused auto-one-click up feature for window to be voided. Advice from your support team resolved issue with a few minutes of work. Second, plastic retainer clip at end of wire harness on my new mirror was broken on arrival. I was able to swap clips from original mirror (removed) to new mirror and do successful install. However, I am left with broken clip now on original mirror I want to sell. Response from you folks was that I should contact a dealer or Mopar. I believe the responsibility is on you folks to resolve for me as it is only a small clip and I spent $1700 on these parts – which arrived broken. I sent photos/details to your support team (Joe Mancinik), and though responsive on the first item, I am left with no resolution on the second item. I believe it to be your responsibility to resolve the second item (new small clip). Thank you.

I’m extremely happy with the power mirrors. They were extremely easy to install (30 min max) and they work perfectly. I’ve purchased cheap aftermarket mirrors in the past which vibrated at speed which made them worthless. These are a bit pricey but they work perfectly!!!!

All OEM items. Worked as described. Went from having standard mirrors without reinforcing brackets. Additional kit of brackets and nutserts , rivet/washer would be nice to offer as well! If you don’t have the brackets plan on getting elsewhere with fasteners. The holes are not threaded. I used large rivets that worked fine. Nutserts would be best. Nice upgrade when completed.

I’m not super mechanically inclined, but the install was pretty easy and only took a couple of hours solo. I ordered a $10 plastic "door panel" tool kit off of Amazon – if you don’t have one get one – very handy and helps to not damage parts. The new door panel circuit board takes an additional plug with the new mirrors, put the new plug below the existing 2 in a new socket. My memory up on the driver side window didn’t work after install. Support was great giving me an easy fix – roll up the window and hold the window up button all the way for a count of 10 to reset it – I assume do the same if your down doesn’t work after. Fantastic upgrade and really easy to install.

I had two issues. First, installation caused auto-one-click up feature for window to be voided. Advice from your support team resolved issue with a few minutes of work. Second, plastic retainer clip at end of wire harness on my new mirror was broken on arrival. I was able to swap clips from original mirror (removed) to new mirror and do successful install. However, I am left with broken clip now on original mirror I want to sell. Response from you folks was that I should contact a dealer or Mopar. I believe the responsibility is on you folks to resolve for me as it is only a small clip and I spent $1700 on these parts – which arrived broken. I sent photos/details to your support team (Joe Mancinik), and though responsive on the first item, I am left with no resolution on the second item. I believe it to be your responsibility to resolve the second item (new small clip). Thank you.
