Product Installation
Simply remove and replace your truck’s side-view mirrors. Remove and replace the right front door module, the left front door module, and the left front door switch. Once the hardware installation is complete temporarily install the included bypass device so you can run the included OBD Genie C-PFM programmer by plugging it into the truck’s OBDII port under the steering column. Once the green light appears the programming is complete and the bypass device can be removed!

Things To Know
- Driver’s side auto-dim mirror will function as long as the truck features a factory installed interior auto-dim rear view mirror. Ram does not offer passenger side auto-dim mirrors.
- Orders may ship in two or three separate packages depending on stock.
- This upgrade is only compatible with trucks equipped with power windows & door locks. If your truck has manual roll-up windows this upgrade is not possible to perform.
- To reprogram the power window “auto down” feature simply hold the driver/passenger window switch in the downward position for 10 seconds.
- If you don’t know whether or not you currently have the BSM feature, simply look for a small triangle on your factory installed side view mirror. See photo below.

- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

I spoke with Ryan at Infotainment and pulled the trigger. Mirrors showed up at my door step a week and a half later and all parts were factory Mopar . I watched the video that infotainment has for installing them and went to work. The install took about 2 hours. Its as if the truck was bought with power folding mirrors. could not be happier with the delivery time and and support team at Infotainment, they nocked it out the park with this upgrade. Thanks again Ryan.

This is pretty straight forward though as I’m in Australia I had to pull out the gloveboxes to get to the security gateway to install the bypass while the Obd program installs. In LH Drive countries it would be so much easier as you just remove the speedo. Some instructions that tell you how to use the gateway bypass and where the plugs are located would be useful.

Love the mirrors going from Manuel to automatic folding mirrors is great. The installation of these mirrors to my new Dodge 3500 was so easy I recommend if you don’t have them get them.

Overall a pretty simple install, the most time consuming part of this is getting to the bypass module. The instructions were a little lacking when it came to the bypass module for my 5th gen truck, but I eventually found a video showing the bypass install. It would be nice that the install videos be linked to the product product page or QR code on the instruction sheet, which also did not show the correct location for the bypass module for my particular truck. Other than lacking instructions, Great product with easy install with the plug and play.

I ordered 23 Mar and received 28 Jun. I guess this is the new norm and waited until I received the item to review. The install was semi simple but just know that there are no directions for the obd ll bypass. It is located behind the instrument panel and takes about as long as installing the mirrors. About 2 1/2 hours total for both. You also need small hands to get to the plugs. Luckily my wife could reach back and unplug them. I installed on my truck with 2500 miles, ordered with 15 on it, so don’t be scared about the complexity. Would I by again? I would hope I can find a truck that actually has them installed next time.

These mirrors replaced the sport mirrors on my 2019 Ram 2500. They are definitely worth the money. The power folding feature is nice to have when going through an automatic car wash or parking in tight spaces. Genuine Mopar mirrors and parts. Easy installation too.
