This Infotainment.com exclusive bezel features a factory fit & finish, compatible with all Ram trucks with manual HVAC controls, and can be ordered with a built-in volume control rotary switch.
Product Installation
- Remove the climate controls from your original radio bezel (4 screws) and install it onto the included radio bezel (C-BEZ).
- Plug the white connector coming from the volume control into the climate controls. Plug the truck’s factory climate control connector into the other end of the volume control. Done!

- The RA1 or RA2 radio you currently have installed isn’t the same size as the larger 8.4-inch radios. Therefore the radio trim opening will not fit. Our exclusive bezel features an 8.4-inch radio trim opening.
- You currently have manually operated air conditioning & heat controls whereas the larger 8.4-inch radio bezels feature the automatic climate controls. The plugs are totally different and will not work in your vehicle. Simply remove the climate controls from your existing radio bezel (4 screws) and install onto this replacement bezel using the same 4 screws.
- The RA1 or RA2 radio you currently have has a built-on volume control dial. When you install the 8.4-inch radio you won’t have a way to adjust the radio volume. Our exclusive bezel has an available volume control switch.

- Select “Yes Please”above and we’ll install a custom-made volume control switch onto this radio bezel so you’ll have the ability to adjust the volume of the audio. Otherwise, select “No Thanks” to utilize your steering wheel mounted audio controls to control the audio.

For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877 or FedEx1-800-463-3339 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.
In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. I installed the 8.4 upgrade in my 2015 Ram Tradesman a year ago. With it came a bezel, cable, and module that claimed to make the truck auto temp control. The climate system never worked correctly. After a lot of research I found out that my Tradesman could not be upgraded to auto temp controls. Then I found this kit which allows me to use my original manual temp controls. The kit includes a very delicate funky volume control. When I installed the bezel, I hot glued the attached little module and the wiring to the back of the temp control module. It works great. No rough housing allowed with the volume control.

With help and advice from Joel, I purchased the Bezel w/volume kit to upgrade
my RA1 radio in my 2017 Tradesman to a RA3 8.4. My Tradesman did not come with
Steering Wheel radio controls, so this Bezel upgrade was the perfect option.
It arrived 1 business day after being shipped, to Ontario Canada, which was amazing.
I had everthing taken apart, re installed onto the new bezel, all the harness’s plugged
in properly and re installed within 1hr and had the new radio working perfectly.
Volume button working great and it looks like a perfect match to a factory installed
system. I could not be happier. Everything from Customer Service, to shipping and
especially the quality of the bezel, all met expectations and beyond.
I would HIGHLY recommend the team from Infotainment and this Bezel kit to ALL friends,

The bezel fits great, pricey for what it is though. I would have liked it to match the black plastic in the rest of the truck though. It is a little off, it is not a deep black color like the rest of the black in the interior. My volume knob was not working properly but they took care of that very quickly. Customer service over there is great!!

Exactly as advertised, only downside theres no way to instantly mute audio and turn off screen(to my knowledge), as factory options for those features are physical buttons.
If they would be able to make a bezel with these controls i would INSTANTLY buy.

Made the install of the 8.4 radio in my Ram 1500 easy. Only had one issue with the bezel. The bottom portion of the "cut out" was not cut straight causing the bezel to press on the touch screen and subsequently causing the radio not to operate.

For anybody dreaming of having the 8.4 radio in your truck this is the perfect way to do it. You wouldn’t even know it wasn’t factory. I got the version without the volume control because I have it on my steering wheel. Thanks for a good way to solve a problem that’s been bugging ram owners since they switched up the stereos, now if only yall could figure out how to get the other buttons working.

I chose the bezel only without the volume control since I have volume on my steering wheel already. Got it installed and I must say it is a perfect match to the factory finish. The black matches all the rest of the existing dash. The fit is perfect. The product is exactly what I expected. I bought the bezel with the volume knob, it works perfectly with the RA4 radio I purchased, since I didn’t have the $ for the steering wheel control option…yet. If you are upgrading from the RA1 or RA2 Dodge Ram radio, this is the simplest headache free way to plug and play your 8.4 RA3 or RA4 radio (bezel comes with the wiring harness). Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the purchase as it looks superb and does exactly what it is designed to do! I HIGHLY Recommend this bezel for anyone looking for one for your upgrade project!

The bezel fits great, pricey for what it is though. I would have liked it to match the black plastic in the rest of the truck though. It is a little off, it is not a deep black color like the rest of the black in the interior. My volume knob was not working properly but they took care of that very quickly. Customer service over there is great!!

Exactly as advertised, only downside theres no way to instantly mute audio and turn off screen(to my knowledge), as factory options for those features are physical buttons.
If they would be able to make a bezel with these controls i would INSTANTLY buy.

Made the install of the 8.4 radio in my Ram 1500 easy. Only had one issue with the bezel. The bottom portion of the "cut out" was not cut straight causing the bezel to press on the touch screen and subsequently causing the radio not to operate.

For anybody dreaming of having the 8.4 radio in your truck this is the perfect way to do it. You wouldn’t even know it wasn’t factory. I got the version without the volume control because I have it on my steering wheel. I chose the bezel only without the volume control since I have volume on my steering wheel already. Got it installed and I must say it is a perfect match to the factory finish.
