This Infotainment.com exclusive factory JeepĀ® Mopar plug & playĀ upgrade kitĀ is designed for customers with the 2018+ Wrangler JL and 2020+ Jeep Gladiator. Some of the benefits of installing this kit include:
- Digital temperature control both on the newly installed UAG or UAQ display and the HVAC Climate Control.
- Audio/volume control using the factoryĀ rotary dial
- Track/station tuning using the factory rotary dial
Product Installation
Installation of this product would be rated a 2Ā out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected.
Things To Know
- By using this kit you will not gainĀ dualĀ AUTO climate control. The climate must be adjusted using the driver’s side controls only. It is recommended to utilize the “SYNC” button so the driver’s side temperature and passenger’s side temperature are the same.
- 95% of Jeeps are pre-wired for the cabin temperature sensor and sun sensor.Ā If your Jeep is not pre-wiredĀ then you will need to purchase ourĀ Cabin Temperature Sensor KitĀ in addition to this product.

Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments
General:
- Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Ā
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Ā or FedEx1-800-463-3339Ā trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Ā trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

This was exactly what I wantedā¦. I did the display upgrade and not having the volume button except on the steering wheel drove me crazy, so I got this and it was easy to install and fixed the problemā¦.. took 30 minutes to installā¦ would totally recommend!!!!!

I recently purchased this kit for my 2021 wrangler which came stock with the 5 inch display. One of the first upgrades I did was swap the display with the insane audio JL3001 for added features but hated that I lost the volume control on the dash. I reached out about this product working with aftermarket radios and was told it had only been tested with factory products so I figured I would roll the dice. The product came packed nicely and was fairly simple to swap out using a pry tool. The longest part was swapping the base hvac control with the new one as the mounting plate has to be re-used. I watched the video and it said programming could take upwards of an hour but this took seconds and was ready to go! This is the second product I have purchased from infotainment and their products and customer support have been top notch!

Price point is high. But worth every cent. Had the dealer install and reprogram the radio and climate control. Less than $300. Perfect match. Don’t get by with the 5Ć¢Ā? display !!!

Worked perfectly. I coupled this with the 7" screen upgrade on a wrangler JLU. Got everything in and was a little nervous to reprogram. I was worried about some other issues,but all seemed to work just as intended. Wish it came with screws for new cabin temp sensor (had to order), and clips (had to transfer from old unit). Would be a few dollars more and save lots of install time.
