Product Installation
Installation of this product would be rated a 2 out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected. Remove and replace your existing radio by removing the radio “bezel” dash surround trim typically held in with a few screws and/or retaining clips. Things To Know
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing steering wheel mounted audio controls.
- Depending on stock levels, the radio you receive may be equipped with the late-model “cool blue” backlit buttons. Otherwise, the “factory green” backlit buttons will continue to ship as normal.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing back-up rear view camera. If you would like to add a rear view back-up camera check out most popular plug & play TailGate Handle Camera.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing roof-mounted SiriusXM® satellite radio antenna. If you do not have this feature you will need to add our Custom SiriusXM GPS Antenna Kit to utilize both satellite radio and GPS navigation.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing UConnect® bluetooth hands-free calling feature as long as you install our UConnect Jumper Kit. This process may delay the shipment depending on sales volume. If by day five (5) the order hasn’t shipped, the customer will get an email from customer service with an update regarding the status of their order. If a product is considered back-ordered or a special order it will be noted within the product advertisement or by the sales agent. In this case, order fulfillment may take as little as 2 weeks or as many as 6 weeks.Â

Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments
Infotainment.com is not responsible or liable for lost, missing, or stolen shipments. It is recommended that a customer opts for signature confirmation and/or package insurance prior to checkout to help mitigate the liability of losing their shipment. Otherwise, customers are encouraged to monitor the expected delivery date of their order and make arrangements to accept a successful package delivery personally. If the order has been marked as delivered and the package is not found, the customer is encouraged to do their due diligence immediately to locate the missing package. The customer is encouraged to contact Infotainment.com customer service for assistance with his/her investigation.

- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Â
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.

For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.

For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

Radio arrived and after installation noticed that only a few if not any radio stations were coming in. Called i for tech and they were quick to replace the radio.
