Installation of this product would be rated a 2 out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected. Remove and replace your existing radio by removing the radio “bezel” dash surround trim held in with a few screws and retaining clips. - Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing steering wheel mounted audio controls.
- Depending on stock levels, the radio you receive may be equipped with the late-model “cool blue” backlit buttons. Otherwise, the “factory green” backlit buttons will continue to ship as normal.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing back-up rear view camera. If you would like to add a rear view back-up camera check out most popular plug & play Wrangler Backup Camera Kit.

For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

Received radio and b/up camera kit, installed as per instructions. Radio did not unlock with supplied security code. No weekend tech support, on Monday, spoke with tech support and was asked- did you try 1-2-3-4 as the code???? At thay point I did, and radio unlocked. What’s the purpose of sending an invalid code, having to wait 2 days for support to tell me to try a "generic" 1-2-3-4 code???

Radio works great. Bought it along with required UConnect jumper cable. I wanted to upgrade my 130S UConnect to GPS and install a back-up camera. Youtube video was ideal except it needs to note that if you already have UConnect, you’ll be left with a dangling 12pin connector to the now-removed UConnect module. Infosmart bought back mu OEM radio and the UConnect module. Only issue is to find a cost-effective flash service to enable/integrate the Rear view camera to the 730N radio.

Youtube video was ideal except it needs to note that if you already have UConnect, you’ll be left with a dangling 12pin connector to the now-removed UConnect module. Infosmart bought back mu OEM radio and the UConnect module. Only issue is to find a cost-effective flash service to enable/integrate the Rear view camera to the 730N radio.

Watch the videos they provide and give yourself an entire afternoon. The only problem I had was getting all the wires behind me air conditioning controls.

This radio was easy to install, there’s no doubt about that. However, if you want everything to work properly in your car, you need to buy a harness (I cant remember its name) so that the microphone in your car works with it and so the USB in the armrest continues to work. Not only did I have to open up my dash to install the radio, I ended up having to take off my climate controls so I could access this little control box back there that had part of the radio and the USB plugged in. I eventually got everything working, but it was no easy task. The directions for that wire I had to buy were the worst directions I’ve ever read. I think a lot of luck and some trial and error helped me get everything hooked up. Thank god for Jeep Forums because that’s the only reason that I got everything in my car working.

However, if you want everything to work properly in your car, you need to buy a harness (I cant remember its name) so that the microphone in your car works with it and so the USB in the armrest continues to work. Upgraded to a 730N with Nav, Bluetooth and Rear View Camera. While I haven’t had a chance to install the camera, the radio install went incredibly easy, and exactly as the instructions and videos described. Service from OEM has been amazing. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

The radio works perfectly and was easily installed in less than one hour. I understand OEM will also purchase back the factory installed radio and Uconnect module which is a great option. I just bought a used 11′ Grand Cherokee. I wanted to upgrade the stereo with OEM for USB connectivity. My OEM only had the 30 pin connector for USB. It took just over an hour to install. The radio replacement ~ 30 minutes. Drilling and pulling USB connector ~ 45 minutes. It worked immediately. I sent several e-mails back and forth with customer service. They were responded to immediately. Highly recommend if you are to upgrade they are the source for your needs.

As a first timer, installation was a breeze using the youtube videos they have produced and provided for free. The hardest part was finding the best location for the handsfree mic.

I recently purchased and installed the RHR 730N to replace the factory installed radio. The video instructions on the site were extremely helpful. The radio works perfectly and was easily installed in less than one hour. I understand OEM will also purchase back the factory installed radio and Uconnect module which is a great option. I just bought a used 11′ Grand Cherokee. I wanted to upgrade the stereo with OEM for USB connectivity. My OEM only had the 30 pin connector for USB. It took just over an hour to install. The radio replacement ~ 30 minutes. Drilling and pulling USB connector ~ 45 minutes. It worked immediately. I sent several e-mails back and forth with customer service. They were responded to immediately. Highly recommend if you are to upgrade they are the source for your needs.

As a first timer, installation was a breeze using the youtube videos they have produced and provided for free. The hardest part was finding the best location for the handsfree mic.
