Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments
General:
- Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Â
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.
Â
In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

Rated 4 out of 5The Radio I ordered ended up being the wrong one So I had to return it. It took too long to get my refund but with the help of one of the very good customer services reps I did get it. With that said I would still do business with them again because of the customer service Rep.

Rated 5 out of 5We bought a Traverse thinking it’s radio would be comparable to our previous Equinox. It was not. This upgrade exceeded our expectations and works great. The plugs are keyed so there is no confusion. The only slight issue was where to put the amp. I sent an email and had a response within minutes, answering my question (put it in the dash). Great product and great service!

Rated 5 out of 5I recently purchased a factory MyLink radio with Nav for my 2014 Chevy Traverse. OEM Auto Parts shipped the unit out right away and I received it within 5 business days. The unit came programed for my VIN, so when I installed it, everything worked. No anti-theft lock issues.
The only thing that didn’t work out of the box was downloading directions from OnStar and having it display on the map screen. OEM Auto Parts did a bit of research for me and found that other customers who had the same issue contacted OnStar support and they were able to update the radio/account.
This really goes above and beyond standard product support. Goes to show that OEM Auto Parts takes care of their customers!A note to all GM vehicle owners with OnStar, if you upgrade your radio to a unit with nav, OnStar will not recognize that your vehicle has the eNav capability without contacting their technical team. In my case, I just pressed the blue button and asked to talk with technical support. I quickly learned that OnStar has two different directions format (1) turn-by-turn and (2) eNav. eNav is what you need in order for your unit to display the route on the map screen. The adviser that I had didn’t know how to update my account to reflect the new radio and they told me to take it to my dealership. Fortunately, I already had a service appt in a couple of days, so I let the dealer handle it. As it turns out, the Chevy dealer just did the same thing I did, but the OnStar adviser they talked to was able to download an update to my radio and now it works great. I guess it depends on which OnStar adviser you get that determines whether you can update the system quickly or have to jump through a few hoops. Stick with it, I know it can be done so don’t let OnStar tell you otherwise!

Rated 5 out of 5We shopped long and hard for our Traverse LTZ but simply could not find the color and feature combo we wanted that included this Nav head unit, just the regular MyLink unit. So after talking to OEM auto parts about this product, we went ahead with our vehicle purchase and purchased this Nav unit as well. It arrived quickly, already programmed to our vehicle. I had a local CarToys store install it, and it works perfectly. You can probably install it yourself if you are so inclined. Either way, OEM came through for us. Thank you!
