Product Installation
Installation of this product would be rated a 2 out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected. Simply remove your dash “bezel” which is secured with retaining clips (bezel removal guide). Once removed this will allow clear access to the 4 screws that secure the radio to the dash (radio removal guide). A 911 cable will also be provided which simply plugs into the purple connector on the backside of the radio.

- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing steering wheel mounted audio controls.
- If your vehicle is currently equipped with Sirius satellite radio then the factory roof mounted Sirius antenna will plug directly into our pre-programmed system. This scenario allows for seamless integration of the satellite radio feature including the GPS signal required to operate RA4 internal GPS navigation mapping.
- If your vehicle is not currently equipped with Sirius satellite radio and you don’t ever intended to subscribe to satellite radio you still must purchase our FAKRA C to K Cable separately to retain the vehicle’s existing GPS/Compass antenna which is required to operate the RA4 internal GPS navigation mapping.

For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

I didn’t get the Vav, but the look is 10x better than stock. My stock unit got stuck on loading would not reset. I ended up buying this one and my son loves it. He is getting the car so yeah why wouldn’t he like it? Love the bigger screen !!

I hated that I had to pay to upgrade from that ugly 5 inch stock screen, but I liked my car too much and decided to buy the Challenger and get a new radio upgrade. It’s not the navigation upgrade, but it’s still large and a nice replacement. Delivery was very fast and Installation was very easy. I installed it myself and it took probably 20 minutes.

Looks great in my 2016 Challenger.
Once I received the R4, install took me 15 minutes.
The NAV didn’t work due to an adapter issue, so I called customer support and they had the correct part shipped in 2 days.

Once I received the R4, install took me 15 minutes.

Compared to the $2700 the dealer wanted for parts, fast shipping, ease of install and came ready to use, I was very satisfied and the client I installed it for couldn’t be happier. Now just waiting for it to warm up so I can add a review camera, which I will be purchasing from here as well.

It took me all but 5-mins, as I already had the car prepped. It worked perfect right out of the box. The Shaker is stuck inside for the winter thaw here in Vermont, so I’m no able to calibrate the GPS as of yet, but absolutely everything, and I mean everything including the "sport mode button" is working PERFECT!!!!

Works Great, makes the sound system sound alot better and clearer. Eveything works perfect. the only thing is I tried o upgrade my Uconnect account to get the automatic start and lock and unlock my car by using the uconnect app by using my phone and it wont work. Other than that i love it

Overall is a very good radio, fits well and it really is plug and play. It looks like it came with the vehicle and most of the car software automatically sinks with the car……BUTTTTT Be aware! Uconnect DOES NOT work you have to go through hell and back to get it, SiriusXM radio membership does not come with the radio you have to purchase that and most importantly performance pages don’t come up due to Uconnect, However these guys are great and they have a solution for the issue and they took care of me immediately and will be sending the fix for the performance pages. With a wallet full of money and a lot of patience this is a GREAT buy! Will recommend to anyone.

My 2015 Challenger,need the full size NAV radio. took me 12 min to install, plug n play. they send the unlock radio code with the radio ! OEM is a great CO. to deal with on the phone also. 3 months later , Radio working just fine !!!

Hello Joe and Mike, I just wanted to send a very large Thank You and 2-thumbs up for the 2015-2016 Dodge Challenger GPS Navigation 8.4AN RA4 Radio – RA4 (3D NAV, HD Radio, Sirius Travel/Traffic) for my Challenger. It took me all but 5-mins, as I already had the car prepped. It worked perfect right out of the box. The Shaker is stuck inside for the winter thaw here in Vermont, so I’m no able to calibrate the GPS as of yet, but absolutely everything, and I mean everything including the "sport mode button" is working PERFECT!!!!

Works Great, makes the sound system sound alot better and clearer. Eveything works perfect. the only thing is I tried o upgrade my Uconnect account to get the automatic start and lock and unlock my car by using the uconnect app by using my phone and it wont work. Other than that i love it

Overall is a very good radio, fits well and it really is plug and play. It looks like it came with the vehicle and most of the car software automatically sinks with the car……BUTTTTT Be aware! Uconnect DOES NOT work you have to go through hell and back to get it, SiriusXM radio membership does not come with the radio you have to purchase that and most importantly performance pages don’t come up due to Uconnect, However these guys are great and they have a solution for the issue and they took care of me immediately and will be sending the fix for the performance pages. With a wallet full of money and a lot of patience this is a GREAT buy! Will recommend to anyone.

My 2015 Challenger,need the full size NAV radio. took me 12 min to install, plug n play. they send the unlock radio code with the radio ! OEM is a great CO. to deal with on the phone also. 3 months later , Radio working just fine !!!
