- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

I had an out of box failure with the first unit, called and was VERY happy with the support I received, a replacement was sent that day as well as a return shipping label for the failed unit with NO issues. The replacement took several tries before it finally activated the camera on my radio, thought I was going to have to take it to a dealership. Infotainment was great to deal with and I will be back for any future needs in this area. The only reason for 4 stars was the first unit was bad and the multiple attempts over several days before the second unit finally activated my camera in my radio.

I traded in a Tundra with a rear camera and bought a Ram 3500 without a camera. The Tundra had a very nice view, and was very easy to use. This "behind the license plate" unit works well, but the camera must be adjusted from time to time because it moves or gets bumped. Perhaps getting a tailgate handle camera would be better. The camera comes with "guide bars" enabled, which I left as is but can be disabled. All in all, a good investment for me. I do not regret the purchase.

Easy to install and it works perfectly. I had 2 minor questions during the install and when I called I was connected immediately to a knowledgeable person who answered my questions right away. It is also best to look on YouTube for instructions on how to disassemble your jeep dash and rear compartment in order to access the areas needed to install the camera and the wires.

The GPS works well. Clear directions and easy to read display. I am a little disappointed with the backup camera. Night vision is grainy. Tends to water spot in the rain which distorts the picture.

Very easy install, worked perfectly! I am so grateful. I tried to use the Crux RVCCH-75C, it worked on my 2014 Durango, but it kept throwing CAMBUS error codes. So I used the the harness from the Crux and the OBD genie and VOILA! Came on perfectly. A+++++

Bought and installed RA-3 radio and backup camera. Spent a total of about 6 hours including time out for breakfast and lunch. I went slow as I did not want any problems and I was very picky about how I routed the wires from the camera to the Cab. I chose not to remove and modify the grommet for the hood latch cable, instead I drilled a hole in a plastic cover between the main wiring harness entry point and the speedometer cable. this allowed me to pass the entire camera wire loom through the hole into the cab. There I shortened the plastic wire cover and made the connections as directed. The hole drilled was just big enough to the RCA connector and the wiring cover and was then sealed with RTV silicone sealer. Installed new radio and bezel as directed. Followed instructions for startup, plugged in the OBD Genie, waited for green. Put in reverse and voila it works. Couldn’t be happier.

I had an out of box failure with the first unit, called and was VERY happy with the support I received, a replacement was sent that day as well as a return shipping label for the failed unit with NO issues. The replacement took several tries before it finally activated the camera on my radio, thought I was going to have to take it to a dealership. Infotainment was great to deal with and I will be back for any future needs in this area. The only reason for 4 stars was the first unit was bad and the multiple attempts over several days before the second unit finally activated my camera in my radio.

I traded in a Tundra with a rear camera and bought a Ram 3500 without a camera. The Tundra had a very nice view, and was very easy to use. This "behind the license plate" unit works well, but the camera must be adjusted from time to time because it moves or gets bumped. Perhaps getting a tailgate handle camera would be better. The camera comes with "guide bars" enabled, which I left as is but can be disabled. All in all, a good investment for me. I do not regret the purchase.

Easy to install and it works perfectly. I had 2 minor questions during the install and when I called I was connected immediately to a knowledgeable person who answered my questions right away. It is also best to look on YouTube for instructions on how to disassemble your jeep dash and rear compartment in order to access the areas needed to install the camera and the wires.

The GPS works well. Clear directions and easy to read display. I am a little disappointed with the backup camera. Night vision is grainy. Tends to water spot in the rain which distorts the picture.

Very easy install, worked perfectly! I am so grateful. I tried to use the Crux RVCCH-75C, it worked on my 2014 Durango, but it kept throwing CAMBUS error codes. So I used the the harness from the Crux and the OBD genie and VOILA! Came on perfectly. A+++++

Bought and installed RA-3 radio and backup camera. Spent a total of about 6 hours including time out for breakfast and lunch. I went slow as I did not want any problems and I was very picky about how I routed the wires from the camera to the Cab. I chose not to remove and modify the grommet for the hood latch cable, instead I drilled a hole in a plastic cover between the main wiring harness entry point and the speedometer cable. this allowed me to pass the entire camera wire loom through the hole into the cab. There I shortened the plastic wire cover and made the connections as directed. The hole drilled was just big enough to the RCA connector and the wiring cover and was then sealed with RTV silicone sealer. Installed new radio and bezel as directed. Followed instructions for startup, plugged in the OBD Genie, waited for green. Put in reverse and voila it works. Couldn’t be happier.
