It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected. Remove and replace your existing radio by removing the radio “bezel” dash surround trim held in with a few screws and retaining clips. Things To Know
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing steering wheel mounted audio controls.
- Depending on stock levels, the radio you receive may be equipped with the late-model “cool blue” backlit buttons. Otherwise, the “factory green” backlit buttons will continue to ship as normal.

- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Â
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. Taylor helped me with the radio selection and back-up camera, made the right choice. Thanks for the guidance. Would recommend the system to all JK owners. Make sure wires are on the right side of the supports before you crimp!!! Works great!!

Received the rbz 430 for my 2016 jeep wrangler and had it installed in less than 15 mins. Everything worked perfectly and to my expectations. They have great customer service that helped with a transaction problem on my end. All in all perfect experience and I couldn’t be happier. Will buy again from them.

430RHB arrived in two days, it was programmed with wrong speed cardbus. They promptly sent replacement. Same problem! Called and talked to Alex who figured it out, was supposed to be low speed cardbus, he was coming to Ocala that night anyway and brought the correct radio to my house and exchanged. Radio worked flawlessly! They made mistake and promptly resolved! Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend these guys at Infotainment!

430RHB arrived in two days, it was programmed with wrong speed cardbus. They promptly sent replacement. Same problem! Called and talked to Alex who figured it out, was supposed to be low speed cardbus, he was coming to Ocala that night anyway and brought the correct radio to my house and exchanged. Radio worked flawlessly! They made mistake and promptly resolved! Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend these guys at Infotainment!

very satisfied with the radio. It is just what I wanted for my 2017 Jeep. I find it interesting the the manufacturer does not include navigation in their Jeeps. What other vehicle would use navigation for off road rallies? I found the instructions on the web site great. I was a bit nervous about installing the radio until I watched your installer on youtube. Extremely helpful. I will say the only thing I am disappointed about is that my 430 radio is 6 years old out of a 2011 Chrysler. I only found that out when I tried to connect to sirius. They kept insisting I had a 2011 chrysler. Otherwise very satisfied 🙂 Thank you

The radio works great and the installation took about 30 minutes. This radio replaced the factory uconnect 130 so it was plug and play. The only issue I had was when loading the HDD, I was not able to load 16GB of music in one shot, it seems like there’s an 8GB limit since only half my songs got loaded. I had a 4GB thumb drive so I deleted the original ones and then reloaded my songs in 4 separate 4GB sessions. It took a long time to load them all. Once done it works great. There is a mode to select by folder (as well as by artist, album, etc), so I created "Artist – Album" folders, now it’s easy to select the album I want since I don’t know them all by memory, especially when many albums are "Greatest Hits". You can easily jump to an artist by clicking the "A-Z" button then type the first letter, then either click on the artist/album or use the scroll buttons if the listing is long. The navigation works well as does Sirius radio.

The stereo is amazing! Very user friendly and the install only took about 45 minutes total. The only frustrating part was unhooking the automatic windows control. Ordered stereo on a Wednesday and it was on my front step Friday morning. A+ company.

Support staff excellent in response times and advice. You Tube installation video on removing dash cover and installing radio easy to follow. Installed radio in 20 minutes start to finish. Just plug & play. For existing Sirius subscribers, will need to transfer subscription to new radio ID (ID# on label affixed to radio), but that is also uncomplicated.

Got this for my brother’s 2012 JK. He seemed extremly pleased and excited about the unit. I watched him install the unit in about 25 minutes after he watched the youtube video. The GPS radio was a 2014! so it was fairly new! Plug and Play which was the best part! Get the OEM part instead of other after markets if you are looking for an upgrade. Highly recommended!

The radio installed easily, update firmware down loaded and ISO copied to DVD. Received updated gamin map from Chrysler updated firmware in order. 34. then 50. Radio was a 2011. Only issue is waiting for the siriusxm to run out on trial subscription.

Got this for my brother’s 2012 JK. He seemed extremly pleased and excited about the unit. I watched him install the unit in about 25 minutes after he watched the youtube video. The GPS radio was a 2014! so it was fairly new! Plug and Play which was the best part! Get the OEM part instead of other after markets if you are looking for an upgrade. Highly recommended!

I’m always skeptical when things are listed as "plug and play" as my experience has been hit or miss or that I missed the fine print. This was not the case with the RHB430N. It took me all of 10 mins to install and I was up and running. Thanks OEM Auto Parts!

The radio installed easily, update firmware down loaded and ISO copied to DVD. Received updated gamin map from Chrysler updated firmware in order. 34. then 50. Radio was a 2011. Only issue is waiting for the siriusxm to run out on trial subscription.
