- Orders are shipped Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)
- Infotainment.com fulfills orders from 5 different locations in North America. Individual items within the order may ship from different locations with different tracking numbers
- Shipments are not able to be re-directed by the customer after being sent
- Next Day or Overnight shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on the product and the technician labor that may be required.Not all expedited shipping methods are available to all locations.
- All orders will be assigned a tracking number. You will be emailed the tracking number once the shipping label is created. This can be tracked via the link in the email or directly on the carriers website.

- Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Â
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. Overall I’m very happy with the unit . It’s pretty awesome and everything works as it should . Installation was fairly easy and it only took me a hour and a half to complete. The only downside is I wish I would’ve known about the Apple CarPlay unit or been offered it prior to my purchase.

FCA and unconnect (spelling purposeful) recommended a software upgrade, which toasted the RA2 radio in my Ram truck. Ordered the RA3 upgrade and installed it. Had to look at the installation video carefully which explains install very well. The video is a great resource. Works and looks great. John and his crew hooked me up.

Bought the Ra4 and couldn’t be happier! I went to the local radio shop and bought a remote start for my son’s truck. So of coarse I mentioned getting this radio. His advice I found sound. He said try calling them and see what their customer support was like. I made up an issue (with a radio i hadn’t even purchased yet) and called. Two minutes later I was talking to a person that could resolve my fake issue! Support has been awesome! They answer calls, return emails, etc excellent team. Now the radio, just as good as the support. I had a moment of hesitation when i opened the box and read the disclaimer. SHOULD BE INSTALL BY A PROFESSIONAL> Ha! I put mine in in about 25 minutes with a hang over on New Years Day. I would definately buy from again! A++

Awsome upgrade, easy to install, only thing I don’t like is I can’t connect to uconnect to download apps. I tried to call infotainment but no one got back to me. For a 21 hundred dollar upgrade I hope they can resolve this matter.

The added small volume knob helps with quick volume changes when needed – very handy. Of course the navigation integration is amazing, and the bigger screen really helps with my back-up camera. The interface is easy to use, looks nice and is even customizable (background image, for instance). All in all a great purchase and well worth it!

However there is an excellent installation video on the web site that makes installation a snap. The radio is of excellent quality, sound is great. Disassembly & upgrade install exactly as described in Infotainment’s Youtube video. What you will need is a T20 Torx, 7mm nut driver, Philips head screw driver, and perhaps a auto trim bar, which I bought and ended up not needing (you will see in the video). Total upgrade took exactly 8:00 minutes, and that included going back to their video to make certain I had my plugs sorted out, but then realizing that they only fit in specific places.
The one complaint I have with my 8.4 is that it feels like the touch screen responses is sluggish, and that you have to really press the screen to make the button work. Also seems that the X,Y coordinates for the buttons is a touch off the the left, which causes station triggering instead of scrolling in the XM interface. Tech guys: Is there any settings that I can adjust these with?
Over all, I give this upgrade a 5 star rating on first impressions. Install is a snap, and the radio works exactly as they advertise. Once installed, there is a bit of a learning curve to move about the radio.

I highly recommend this upgrade over aftermarket, and these folks for their accurate description, pre sale support, and fast shipping.

Because of this, I have stopped looking for back up camera options, and will be making that purchase here as well.

I purchased an 8.4 to replace my 5.0 in my 2016 Ram 1500. The first unit wasn’t working properly when i installed. I called these guys and since we are in the same town they had me stop by and swapped out a replacement. He was so nice, he waited for me in the parking lot as i changed the unit to make sure everything is working. As for the 8.4, Navigation is awesome, Radio HD and Sirius. Only thing that doesn’t work is Uconnect, which i knew wouldn’t work anyway. Great Customer Service!!!

The R4 is a fantastic upgrade, and OEMautopartsco customer service has been great with regards to replying to my questions. The installation was also very simple. However, the website should specify that when upgrading from an R1/R2, there is essentially no way to take advantage of the Uconnect services such as vehicle Wifi and applications. I had a feeling this was the case when purchasing it but it was not mentioned in the install videos or the website. In fact, the install video briefly mentions that it is possible with additional equipment from OEMautopartsco. Regardless, I am happy with the purchase!

The only problem I have is I did not realize that I needed to pay an additional $250 for the OBD GENIE RA2 RA3 RA4 REAR VIEW CAMERA PROGRAMMER KIT C-RVC-C4T to get the camera to work. So I’ll have to wait a little while for this.

I had to remove top of center console (which had two screws and snapped off also) before I could start radio removal. But once I figure that out everything else fell into place. Thanks OEMAUTOPARTS!

When the dealership says NO or tries to get you to purchase a greater expensive truck, smile and say no thanks then call OEM Auto Parts CO. The people at OEM Auto Parts Co made it easy from the purchase through the installation to the final setup. The only improvement to the process I recommend is with the plugs. The location is different with each radio so give a picture labeling where the plugs come from and will go. The nav system is great!!

Thank you OEMAutoPartsCo. for all your help with my many questions regarding your 8.4AN system. Everyone at your company was eager to please, a lost trait in today’s world. After some confusion with my 2016 ram installation (there are only the 2 screws at the top to remove dash panel – vs. 3) it went in just as you state. Thank you for saving my family money, by not giving it to the dealership with it’s inflated ( 300% ) price for the same product. We love it. I did have to rotate the volume knob 90 degrees to clear the climate control box, no stress there.

Upgraded from RA1 to a Nav 8.4AN RA4 radio along with a Ram rear view Mirror with Mic. It took about 2 hours to replace both, lost some time finding correct wires to move rear view camera from old mirror to new Radio. The Radio, Nav, and Sirius work great. It was also a pleasure to have Tech support.

I almost paid to have a aftermarket unit put in my new (used) truck. Got a great deal on a low mileage 14 Ram 1500, but it was missing a few things I would have gotten if I bought new. The first was the lesser stereo/ smaller screen without nav. I had my doubts about what the stereo shop ordered to make a new unit fit. I did a little research and came here. It wasn’t cheap, but it makes the truck look like a,factory optioned nav and stereo. I hadn’t installed a radio in a car for 15 uears, but it took little skill to make look good. Overall very little to complain about. Real happy. Now if I can find some cheap & leather seats.

Awesome service from the guys. They forgot to send the connector to connect the volume switch to the harness. No big deal, it happens, they sent a new one out along with a new bezel. The one I received had a few blemishes. The volume switch knob itself seems super cheap and does not match any of the other control knobs. I took the volume knob off of my uconnect 5.0, fab’d up some stuff and made that work. Now everything matches. For $300, I feel that is the way it should have came.. Sucks I can’t sell my 5.0 now though. There were burrs on both bezels that needed to be file down. No issues with the 8.4an. Works great.

Disassembly & upgrade install exactly as described in Infotainment’s Youtube video. What you will need is a T20 Torx, 7mm nut driver, Philips head screw driver, and perhaps a auto trim bar, which I bought and ended up not needing (you will see in the video). Total upgrade took exactly 8:00 minutes, and that included going back to their video to make certain I had my plugs sorted out, but then realizing that they only fit in specific places.
The one complaint I have with my 8.4 is that it feels like the touch screen responses is sluggish, and that you have to really press the screen to make the button work. Also seems that the X,Y coordinates for the buttons is a touch off the the left, which causes station triggering instead of scrolling in the XM interface. Tech guys: Is there any settings that I can adjust these with?
Over all, I give this upgrade a 5 star rating on first impressions. Install is a snap, and the radio works exactly as they advertise. Once installed, there is a bit of a learning curve to move about the radio.

I highly recommend this upgrade over aftermarket, and these folks for their accurate description, pre sale support, and fast shipping.

Because of this, I have stopped looking for back up camera options, and will be making that purchase here as well.

I purchased an 8.4 to replace my 5.0 in my 2016 Ram 1500. The first unit wasn’t working properly when i installed. I called these guys and since we are in the same town they had me stop by and swapped out a replacement. He was so nice, he waited for me in the parking lot as i changed the unit to make sure everything is working. As for the 8.4, Navigation is awesome, Radio HD and Sirius. Only thing that doesn’t work is Uconnect, which i knew wouldn’t work anyway. Great Customer Service!!!

The R4 is a fantastic upgrade, and OEMautopartsco customer service has been great with regards to replying to my questions. The installation was also very simple. However, the website should specify that when upgrading from an R1/R2, there is essentially no way to take advantage of the Uconnect services such as vehicle Wifi and applications. I had a feeling this was the case when purchasing it but it was not mentioned in the install videos or the website. In fact, the install video briefly mentions that it is possible with additional equipment from OEMautopartsco. Regardless, I am happy with the purchase!

The only problem I have is I did not realize that I needed to pay an additional $250 for the OBD GENIE RA2 RA3 RA4 REAR VIEW CAMERA PROGRAMMER KIT C-RVC-C4T to get the camera to work. So I’ll have to wait a little while for this.

I had to remove top of center console (which had two screws and snapped off also) before I could start radio removal. But once I figure that out everything else fell into place. Thanks OEMAUTOPARTS!

When the dealership says NO or tries to get you to purchase a greater expensive truck, smile and say no thanks then call OEM Auto Parts CO. The people at OEM Auto Parts Co made it easy from the purchase through the installation to the final setup. The only improvement to the process I recommend is with the plugs. The location is different with each radio so give a picture labeling where the plugs come from and will go. The nav system is great!!

After some confusion with my 2016 ram installation (there are only the 2 screws at the top to remove dash panel – vs. 3) it went in just as you state. Thank you for saving my family money, by not giving it to the dealership with it’s inflated ( 300% ) price for the same product. We love it. I did have to rotate the volume knob 90 degrees to clear the climate control box, no stress there.

I almost paid to have a aftermarket unit put in my new (used) truck. Got a great deal on a low mileage 14 Ram 1500, but it was missing a few things I would have gotten if I bought new. The first was the lesser stereo/ smaller screen without nav. I had my doubts about what the stereo shop ordered to make a new unit fit. I did a little research and came here. It wasn’t cheap, but it makes the truck look like a,factory optioned nav and stereo. I hadn’t installed a radio in a car for 15 uears, but it took little skill to make look good. Overall very little to complain about. Real happy. Now if I can find some cheap & leather seats.

Awesome service from the guys. They forgot to send the connector to connect the volume switch to the harness. No big deal, it happens, they sent a new one out along with a new bezel. The one I received had a few blemishes. The volume switch knob itself seems super cheap and does not match any of the other control knobs. I took the volume knob off of my uconnect 5.0, fab’d up some stuff and made that work. Now everything matches. For $300, I feel that is the way it should have came.. Sucks I can’t sell my 5.0 now though. There were burrs on both bezels that needed to be file down. No issues with the 8.4an. Works great.
