For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

Radio works amazing, having some issues with climate control, since the truck doesn’t have a thermometer there is no number on the cooling system, additionally to get full cold I have to press the cold button three times after the radio shows full. The nav system appears to be outdated since there are some street that doesn’t show and I thought I would get a trial from satellite radio but I didn’t. Other than that I don’t regret getting it and my truck looks and sound better. The phone communication is awesome and car play makes a great combo plus the addition of he radio. Installation was easy but you need to give the radio a 12 hours before all the setting set to your vehicle.

After watching the video several times, the installation went very smoothly, no struggles or surprises. It started right up first time turned on. The screen is much sharper than the original. With Apple CarPlay I no longer have to look at my phone, fantastic.

Instructions were a bit outdated/incorrect for my 2017 Ram 1500 Limited. The trim ring around the cupholder/console did NOT need to be removed as described in the video, and since I followed it, I ended up completely breaking mine in the process. It also needs to be mentioned that along with SXM, all OEM features such as suspension, driver safety options, and other selectable features will come online after a few hours…they just need to be allowed to reset, so don’t panic.
Other than that, the installation was as simple and straightforward as described…practically "plug-n-play". However, I did have to re-seat the main connector in order to overcome an initial intermittent sound issue, but that was very simple to fix. The only tools needed were a T-20, 7mm socket, and Phillip’s head screwdriver. Complete installation took about 30-40 minutes.
The radio replacement is GREAT!! It looks fantastic compared to the OEM it replaced and I love finally having Apple CarPlay in my truck. The interior features actually feel and look completely like a high-end Ram truck now when I drive. The camera screen and overall resolution is extremely crisp & clean now…much clearer than the original. My only gripe is that I will miss having my Longhorn display option on the radio, but that is VERY minor and I’m sure I will get over it as time goes by. It is a small trade to finally have CarPlay in my truck!
Ryan Kenyan was a pleasure to work with and helped me ensure I received my military discount during my purchase…a real gentleman. All I ask is that customers be kept updated as to whether or not Infortainment will be coming out with an option or update for wireless CarPlay via BlueTooth, like the newer Rams and Jeeps.

I really like the upgrade. I just wish I could get my heated and vented seats to work. I have called serval times to get an update on a replacement and it has been almost 4 weeks and I have not got any updates. I even paid for the advance exchange. I like having Apple Car Play but I like my heated and vented seat as well. I would give 5 stars if I could bar an update and have my heated and vented seats work like they advertise.

Shipping was quick, product came as advertised. Easy installation, took about 2 hours for it to completely sync with my truck. I have a 2017 Ram Sport. The youtube video was helpful. There was an additional screw in the center console under the rubber mat I had to remove and I did not have to remove the silver trim. Additionally, I did not have a purple connector on the rear of my radio, but everything works perfect. Thanks

Ultra easy install. I’m almost where I want to be with my upgrade. The only issue I’m having is the map doesn’t respond to verbal prompts. I will call to see if there is a solution. The only other thing is I wish the cost was a little less. But the fit, and sound quality is great, and it looks great in my truck.

It is a hard decision to make when you have to spend 2k or more on a stereo. It is something i have never done. After doing some research, getting lower prices from other sellers, i came to the conclusion that Infotaiment.com was the way to go. So i treated myself for Xmas and bought it. Installation was very simple, plug and play no cutting, no soldering, no recoding. Sure it does take a few minutes and maybe a day or so before the system fully populates and becomes one with the truck. Now i am very happy to have a fully updated OEM stereo w/android in my 2014.

Just installed my new unit this morning. I struggled a little bit with the installation…mostly getting the center console out. The retention clips didn’t want to give up and there was an extra screw at the bottom of my console that wasn’t shown in the installation video (2016 RAM 1500). Once the unit was installed, everything went back into place pretty easily. Once turned on, the new unit worked flawlessly. No issues. Called SiriusXM to transfer my subscription (even though the satellite radio was working before I transferred….). One thing I will mention, I had a UConnect subscription with the TMobile adapter plugged in and my UConnect access appears to still work (remote start, lock/unlock doors, etc. with phone app). This is a great upgrade to get Android Auto. Makes my truck feel brand new!

I’ve been looking for an Apple Car Play for my truck for quite awhile now. I found infotainment and they supplied me with a conversion. It works great and I’m quite happy with it. The only problem that I had was with the temperature control and they sent me a video which showed the problem. They then sent out a genie to fix the problem and it worked. Am I happy with the product? Most definitely! Would I recommend? Yes and I would purchase again. Great service and fantastic product!

I was debating for a long time whether i should spend the $2500 or not for this unit and after seeing my cousins truck i instantly fell in love with it. My set up came with the 8.4 unconnect RA4 with apple CarPlay and it has android auto for those who want it. Also came with the usb media hub which you have to remove the bottom cushion of the hand rest and the climate control with the wiring harness. And the anti theft code with it.
and the SOUND QUALITY UPGRADE IS SO MUCH BETTER

I wanted Apple Car Play so that I could go over voice mail and text messages while I was driving, but didn’t realize that I can’t use the keypad while using Apple Car Play (i.e. Press 1 for option…), so that is difficult when calling my suppliers. The backup camera view is now much darker than my stock 2017 radio, and I lost the Longhorn image that used to show up on the radio as part of the themes. Also, it is harder for me to see the writing/fonts on any of the themes. I’m actually thinking of chalking it up to a bad decision, and considering going back to the old radio. Wishing I would have looked into Apple Car Play a bit more before I made the decision. I was also thinking I could view a message on the screen as I see on my phone, so anyway, I made an uninformed decision.

The quality of this system is incredible, wish I would have done this sooner. One small problem with the USB hub and the tech support folks were awesome to work with, sent a new hub and it resolved the issue.

Bought this radio to swap out my old one for some Apple CarPlay. Did not receive it for about a month, but we all know who to thank for that. I didn’t realize how good of a unit this thing is. Screen clarity upgrade, sounds better overall. Integrated very well with my truck… note that the interface will look different, but all works the same. Would recommend to a friend!

This system works great, and provides the Android Auto that I needed for long drives. The instructions were hard to follow with some in the video and some on paper. I ended up breaking a ring because I didn’t see the note on the website.
It is an easy install and took me about 30 minutes. It took longer to install the cargo camera.

I had bought my truck used and is a basic Ram truck so didn’t have the big screen just small 3.5 no frills. I was able to install the 8.4 inch with Nav, made a world of difference. Service was great helping me get the correct model for my truck and even after install fix a ac issue with controls. Response was quick and informative. I installed the system myself in a couple hours using the video listed as a guide. Very happy with purchase and look to get other items through Infotainment for my truck.

Installed in my Ram exactly as in their YouTube video! It took me 15-20 minutes and works perfectly! (#2 Phillips, 7mm socket, small pry or knife).
Side note: it initially showed a Jeep logo and skins, and not all speakers worked until I shut down and restarted the engine. On restart it set to Ram settings.
Changing my radio ID in my current SXM account was easy.

I spend a lot of time in my truck and this was what I was missing. Upgraded my 8.4 Nav system to this one. Originally when I swapped it in I had no audio. After removing power, defaulting radio still no go. Had to go run an errand so I left it sitting. When I got back and started the truck again all was perfect. Guess it just needed some alone time with the truck. Highly recommend the upgrade. It was a bit a price hit but its worth it

I have a few things I am still working on. The Auto button on the Bezel doesn’t work, I am unfamiliar with the climate controls, have no idea how the radio is picking up the WiFi and how to change the password, the A/C light is on a lot hot and cold, and I am having the same issue with the Car Play hub Chris K is having. I hope he can send me the plans for the adapter plate he made and maybe a pic or two.

Not having Apple CarPlay was the biggest letdown for my 2017 Ram 1500. When I saw this unit was available I grabbed it and it has been awesome! I recently purchased the UAQ to replace the standard, non-NAV radio in my 2016 Ram 1500 BigHorn. Support answered all my questions about what was needed before I made the purchase. Installation was a breeze with the help of the installation video. I would suggest making sure you’ve got a magnetic tip when pulling out the screws that hold the radio in. (Spent 20 minutes trying to find one that dropped in my center console area when I took it out.) I’d also point out that you may not need to remove the "chrome ring" mentioned in the center console. It’s kinda flimsy and subject to cracking and breaking the retaining clips. In the video, it looks as if the example truck requires it, but the top of the center console was an entire part in my truck. There was another screw in the bottom of the center console that had to be removed then the whole thing came out without any problems. Your mileage will vary, obviously. All told, took me about an hour.
Pulling out the radio and putting the new one in was simple and quick and once done, it really "just works". Nice smooth upgrade with Nav and CarPlay. I recommend it!

Pretty much a direct swap for my 2017. The radio is a huge upgrade over my 2017 8.4 unit. The SXM reception is even better with this. I did have to adjust my antenna cable in the back. Originally had it routed between the harness and another cable and it was affecting radio reception. I repositioned it and that did the trick. After the second boot all the Ram themes loaded. All the climate and radio controls work perfectly. Was able to call SXM and they swapped me to the new unit without much trouble, though they did charge me $15 for the swap. There’s no instructions on how to remove the center console which is lame but it’s easy. Remove the liner in the front pocket and remove the two Phillips screws then remove the liner under the phone holder and there’s a 7mm screw underneath. The whole thing will then come up with a tug.

I upgraded from the RA2 touch screen with factory back-up camera. Pretty easy plug and play install besides the media hub. I have the fold down seat/console. There are no screws to take out to remove the tray. Had to take cup holder cover off and pry the hub out with a screwdriver. Everything works great besides my back-up camera doesn’t come on when in reverse. Waiting on customer support to respond.

Radio works amazing, having some issues with climate control, since the truck doesn’t have a thermometer there is no number on the cooling system, additionally to get full cold I have to press the cold button three times after the radio shows full. The nav system appears to be outdated since there are some street that doesn’t show and I thought I would get a trial from satellite radio but I didn’t. Other than that I don’t regret getting it and my truck looks and sound better. The phone communication is awesome and car play makes a great combo plus the addition of he radio. Installation was easy but you need to give the radio a 12 hours before all the setting set to your vehicle.

Instructions were a bit outdated/incorrect for my 2017 Ram 1500 Limited. The trim ring around the cupholder/console did NOT need to be removed as described in the video, and since I followed it, I ended up completely breaking mine in the process. It also needs to be mentioned that along with SXM, all OEM features such as suspension, driver safety options, and other selectable features will come online after a few hours…they just need to be allowed to reset, so don’t panic.
Other than that, the installation was as simple and straightforward as described…practically "plug-n-play". However, I did have to re-seat the main connector in order to overcome an initial intermittent sound issue, but that was very simple to fix. The only tools needed were a T-20, 7mm socket, and Phillip’s head screwdriver. Complete installation took about 30-40 minutes.
The radio replacement is GREAT!! It looks fantastic compared to the OEM it replaced and I love finally having Apple CarPlay in my truck. The interior features actually feel and look completely like a high-end Ram truck now when I drive. The camera screen and overall resolution is extremely crisp & clean now…much clearer than the original. My only gripe is that I will miss having my Longhorn display option on the radio, but that is VERY minor and I’m sure I will get over it as time goes by. It is a small trade to finally have CarPlay in my truck!
Ryan Kenyan was a pleasure to work with and helped me ensure I received my military discount during my purchase…a real gentleman. All I ask is that customers be kept updated as to whether or not Infortainment will be coming out with an option or update for wireless CarPlay via BlueTooth, like the newer Rams and Jeeps.

It is a hard decision to make when you have to spend 2k or more on a stereo. It is something i have never done. After doing some research, getting lower prices from other sellers, i came to the conclusion that Infotaiment.com was the way to go. So i treated myself for Xmas and bought it. Installation was very simple, plug and play no cutting, no soldering, no recoding. Sure it does take a few minutes and maybe a day or so before the system fully populates and becomes one with the truck. Now i am very happy to have a fully updated OEM stereo w/android in my 2014.

Just installed my new unit this morning. I struggled a little bit with the installation…mostly getting the center console out. The retention clips didn’t want to give up and there was an extra screw at the bottom of my console that wasn’t shown in the installation video (2016 RAM 1500). Once the unit was installed, everything went back into place pretty easily. Once turned on, the new unit worked flawlessly. No issues. Called SiriusXM to transfer my subscription (even though the satellite radio was working before I transferred….). One thing I will mention, I had a UConnect subscription with the TMobile adapter plugged in and my UConnect access appears to still work (remote start, lock/unlock doors, etc. with phone app). This is a great upgrade to get Android Auto. Makes my truck feel brand new!

I’ve been looking for an Apple Car Play for my truck for quite awhile now. I found infotainment and they supplied me with a conversion. It works great and I’m quite happy with it. My set up came with the 8.4 unconnect RA4 with apple CarPlay and it has android auto for those who want it. I wanted Apple Car Play so that I could go over voice mail and text messages while I was driving, but didn’t realize that I can’t use the keypad while using Apple Car Play (i.e. Press 1 for option…), so that is difficult when calling my suppliers. The backup camera view is now much darker than my stock 2017 radio, and I lost the Longhorn image that used to show up on the radio as part of the themes. Also, it is harder for me to see the writing/fonts on any of the themes. I’m actually thinking of chalking it up to a bad decision, and considering going back to the old radio. Wishing I would have looked into Apple Car Play a bit more before I made the decision. I was also thinking I could view a message on the screen as I see on my phone, so anyway, I made an uninformed decision.

I have a few things I am still working on. The Auto button on the Bezel doesn’t work, I am unfamiliar with the climate controls, have no idea how the radio is picking up the WiFi and how to change the password, the A/C light is on a lot hot and cold, and I am having the same issue with the Car Play hub Chris K is having. I recently purchased the UAQ to replace the standard, non-NAV radio in my 2016 Ram 1500 BigHorn. Support answered all my questions about what was needed before I made the purchase. Installation was a breeze with the help of the installation video. I would suggest making sure you’ve got a magnetic tip when pulling out the screws that hold the radio in. (Spent 20 minutes trying to find one that dropped in my center console area when I took it out.) I’d also point out that you may not need to remove the "chrome ring" mentioned in the center console. It’s kinda flimsy and subject to cracking and breaking the retaining clips. In the video, it looks as if the example truck requires it, but the top of the center console was an entire part in my truck. There was another screw in the bottom of the center console that had to be removed then the whole thing came out without any problems. Your mileage will vary, obviously. All told, took me about an hour.
Pulling out the radio and putting the new one in was simple and quick and once done, it really "just works". Nice smooth upgrade with Nav and CarPlay. I recommend it!

Pretty much a direct swap for my 2017. The radio is a huge upgrade over my 2017 8.4 unit. The SXM reception is even better with this. I did have to adjust my antenna cable in the back. Originally had it routed between the harness and another cable and it was affecting radio reception. I repositioned it and that did the trick. After the second boot all the Ram themes loaded. All the climate and radio controls work perfectly. Was able to call SXM and they swapped me to the new unit without much trouble, though they did charge me $15 for the swap. There’s no instructions on how to remove the center console which is lame but it’s easy. Remove the liner in the front pocket and remove the two Phillips screws then remove the liner under the phone holder and there’s a 7mm screw underneath. The whole thing will then come up with a tug.

The new upgraded bezel looks amazing. if it were not for the link that showed the installation instruction I don’t think I could have installed this item. I have restored many vehicles in my day; the instruction video on this item was very well thought out and showed the exact position and layout of all components.
This is a 5 star install video and the fit was straight OEM … it was flawless.

I upgraded from the RA2 touch screen with factory back-up camera. Pretty easy plug and play install besides the media hub. I have the fold down seat/console. There are no screws to take out to remove the tray. Had to take cup holder cover off and pry the hub out with a screwdriver. Everything works great besides my back-up camera doesn’t come on when in reverse. Waiting on customer support to respond.

The media hub wasn’t exactly plug and play. The opening was too short, and too wide. After enlarging vertically to accept the hub, it interferes with the metal bracing. I just made an adapter plate and enlarged the opening ~.25" to lower the hub. It was a quick easy fix. Otherwise, everything works as expexted. A huge upgrade over the original radio.
