Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments
General:
- Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc.Â
- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS1-800-742-5877Â or FedEx1-800-463-3339Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811Â trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

before I received the radio I called Tyler a bunch with akot of questions and he always assured me everything would work correctly, and it did. I used the youtube video for a reference was mostly right on. I did find on my 2015 dodge ram there are two screws that go from center radio piece to center console that were not mentioned. Patience won over and nothing got broke. The screen on the new radio does have a spot almost dead center of screen but I had already sent my trade back and was not going without a radio to wait on a resolution for this small problem. I kept the screen cover on the whole time of instillation and was always careful of the screen. Haven’t heard yet about my trade in yet so cant give any info there. So far, so good..

As advertised. Easy to install, youtube video was a big help. Looks and operators just like factory. The voice command ever works 100% better than my 5.0 did. The only hiccup I had was when I plugged my external volume wires to the main wiring harness, the dash lights lite up for about 10 seconds then went off. No warning in the video about that. Thanks guys. I’m one happy Ram owner!

Upgraded my radio from RA2 to RA4 AN with navigation along with OEM back up camera. Wow what a difference. Was a little confused over camera directions but after reaching out to OEM they walked me the rest of the way. Thank you. I will buy more from them down the road.

radio works like a charm but they need to clean the old vehicle out of it

AM/FM,Sirius,Nav all work well. Difficulty pairing with Nokia phone. Replacing phone with iPhone 6s, hope that goes well. Backup camera works but the brightness makes it unusable sometimes. I have adjusted the display brightness with no positive change.

I haven’t been able to install it. I wasn’t aware that I had to order a new face/bezel for the unit. I’ll be ordering the face/bezel today.

Honestly it did everything they say and it was easy to install. The hardest part for me was removing that portion of the dash. I have the floor mounted shifter so it was a bit more involved but not terrible. Everything is working wonderfully. I had a CD player already and that works with this system as well. It is a bit on the expensive side but it came quickly and works great so I guess it is worth it. The only real downside for me is that I don’t have a volume knob any more. I had steering wheel controls so I just use them but they are not as instantaneous. If I had it to do over I would have purchased the inner bezel piece which has the volume knob and also purchased the cable to hook it up.

I just bought this 8.4 as an upgrade for my 5.o in my 2014 ram 2500, works great ! love this interface . plug and play , as expected the climate doesn’t work on the deck , but does read all positions that the dials are in . So glad i did this , hated the 5 so much .
