For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

The unit arrived on time and very well packed. It took me less than one hour to remove the glove box, replace the existing unit, route the antennae and reinstall the removed parts. It uploaded immediately after I turned the power back on.
The map display was spot on and easy to understand while driving. This unit performed exactly as described.

My truck had Apple Car Play but I needed Android Auto enabled. Multiple Chevy dealers and techs failed to activate Android Auto and could never figure out how to get their own product working. Almost purchased an aftermarket unit but didn’t want to cut wires or the dash and affect stock functions like the steering wheel buttons. For slightly more than an aftermarket unit, I picked this solution. Super happy with my purchase, fast shipping, easy installation, and stock operation. Simple right install for me but I’m mechanically inclined. I love having Apple CarPlay now. I can listen to my music and get directions from Apple Maps, Google maps, and my favorite is Waze maps by far. It’s so worth the upgrade for me because I love technology. I really enjoy it. It’s great getting help while taking trips. Love the maps.

I studied kits from all the folks listed by a Google Search and decided to spend a few extra bucks and get the extra features Infortainment listed. This kit is installable by people with average automotive knowledge and skill. The problem I ran into had nothing to with their kit or product, it was the 71 year old body that had been broken down by 43 years in the oilfield! I just couldn’t get into a position to get my fingers in the spot to remove the HMI plugs! I called several radio shops in my area, all telling me unless I purchased the kit from them they would not install it. Then I called Best Buy, who informed me the unit would have to be flashed by the dealer….I responded already done. After battling back and forth for a few minutes he asked me to show up a little early so he could check the components to make sure all is as I told him. 20 minutes later I was driving away with a 2015 Silverado listening to Apple CarPlay!! Zack the BB tech said he had never had one of these units that was truly Plug n Play until this one….great job Infotainment!!!

I was concerned about tearing apart the dash of my 2014 Silverado without prior experience. Yet, with the help of your videos it was not difficult at all. Bought this to upgrade to the navigation and apple car play in my 2016 2500hd Silverado. Can’t get the shop app to work even though I have On Star Internet in my truck. Tried e-mailing and sending a message about it but haven’t heard back and that was week in a half ago. It was very easy to install took me about an hour from start to complete finish. Only downside overall is the shop app not working other than that it’s nice, not sure if it was worth that much to upgrade to something for just apple car play but if you’re upgrading from very old style stuff than heck yes it’s worth it.

If you have a Silverado without Apple CarPlay this is by far one of the best mods you can do for your truck. The only reason why I gave the review 4 stars is because the image quality of my backup camera came with too high of a contrast on the settings. The factory backup camera is far superior in image quality.

I followed along with the instructional video and the whole installation was a breeze. Upgrading from the IO4 to the IO6 is a night and day difference.
I also opted for the backup camera and Apple CarPlay. The backup camera installation was even easier than the screen installation. If you’re an avid iPhone user, I highly recommend the CarPlay option, although it is a bit pricey.

I can listen to my music and get directions from Apple Maps, Google maps, and my favorite is Waze maps by far. It’s so worth the upgrade for me because I love technology. I really enjoy it. It’s great getting help while taking trips. Love the maps.
The Apple Maps doesn’t speak but works fine. Google and Waze talk to you with the maps. Waze is my go to.

The upgrade to apple car play is great. Only thing I wish I could use my steering wheel controls to switch songs. That would be a great addition to the system. All in all it’s great and now I don’t have to stare at my phones when using maps.

I studied kits from all the folks listed by a Google Search and decided to spend a few extra bucks and get the extra features Infortainment listed. This kit is installable by people with average automotive knowledge and skill. The problem I ran into had nothing to with their kit or product, it was the 71 year old body that had been broken down by 43 years in the oilfield! I just couldn’t get into a position to get my fingers in the spot to remove the HMI plugs! I called several radio shops in my area, all telling me unless I purchased the kit from them they would not install it. Then I called Best Buy, who informed me the unit would have to be flashed by the dealer….I responded already done. After battling back and forth for a few minutes he asked me to show up a little early so he could check the components to make sure all is as I told him. 20 minutes later I was driving away with a 2015 Silverado listening to Apple CarPlay!! Zack the BB tech said he had never had one of these units that was truly Plug n Play until this one….great job Infotainment!!!

Bought this to upgrade to the navigation and apple car play in my 2016 2500hd Silverado. Can’t get the shop app to work even though I have On Star Internet in my truck. Tried e-mailing and sending a message about it but haven’t heard back and that was week in a half ago. It was very easy to install took me about an hour from start to complete finish. Only downside overall is the shop app not working other than that it’s nice, not sure if it was worth that much to upgrade to something for just apple car play but if you’re upgrading from very old style stuff than heck yes it’s worth it.

If you have a Silverado without Apple CarPlay this is by far one of the best mods you can do for your truck. The only reason why I gave the review 4 stars is because the image quality of my backup camera came with too high of a contrast on the settings. The factory backup camera is far superior in image quality.

I followed along with the instructional video and the whole installation was a breeze. Upgrading from the IO4 to the IO6 is a night and day difference.
I also opted for the backup camera and Apple CarPlay. The backup camera installation was even easier than the screen installation. If you’re an avid iPhone user, I highly recommend the CarPlay option, although it is a bit pricey.
