The radio was exactly what i expected and installed easily in my jeep with instructions

A great upgrade from the basic RES radio that was in my 2012 RAM 1500. I have a similar unit in my 2009 Dodge Challenger, so I knew what I was getting. Mainly got it for the HDD. Works great. Easy enough installation with the YouTube video help. I’ve recommended your site to others.

Sound quality was far superior to the OEM radio. The touch screen control was a great improvement not to mention the ability to adjust all the sound quality features and disk operation.

1) Plug to port suggestions (colors instead of trial & error fitting)
2) hint of switching older hard drive with stored media is swappable from old to new

This is a great radio. I love the fact that it is a Jeep radio. Installation coudn’t have been any easier. It literally took me 20 min. It was a plug and play ready to go. The installation videos available are great. I’m glad i went with this radio over another brand radio from a big box store.

I originally received a 2011 radio that was in great condition but the disc reader wasn’t going down to put a disc in. I contacted Chris and he helped me send it back to them and I received a 2017 model and I was so thrilled since my jeep is a 2017 Wrangler. I had to wait a few weeks to get my new one but it was worth the wait! Chris kept me updated on the process of my radio and was so polite! Thank you Chris for my awesome radio!

I needed a radio for my nieces Jeep, this was what she wanted. It was so easy to install and the radio worked great, just remember to look for the directions online, before starting, it will save you 30 minutes in wait time.

Bought a refurbished 430 RBZ and it worked perfectly. Plug n Play just as described on most forums. A few nicks and scratches along the edges of the radio than i liked but was offered a replacement or refund. Would recommend this website as product staff very helpful.

Great Radio! I first ordered the older version with the smaller HD, one call to OEM and they were able to hook me up with the larger and newer radio. Great Company to work with and great service.

First many thanks to Mike. answered all my questions and got my order in the mail on the same day. Thank you mike and whoppers arm you had to break to get that done.

The radio came well packaged with no imperfections that these old eyes could see.

I watched the video on installation and the install was a easy peasy. One thing they might add to the video is how to unsnap the cables. Mainly the Sat and Radio antenna cables. Other than that it went smooth and in a short period of time. My brother who also owns a Jeep told me getting the dash back together was going to be a real bummer. Hard to align and what have you. I love my brother but he was wrong. Everything lined up and snapped back in place with no problems.

Turned the radio on and it worked like a charm. I did have to call SiriusXM to set up the Sat. They would not transfer the subscription because that belonged to the radio I removed. No big thing so I just opened a new subscription. I get music only so it was not so bad. That’s what I have in my Mustang so the two of them is about what a full subscription would cost. I can live with that.

Entering the security code was a very simple process.

So if you are considering an upgrade you cannot do wrong on this radio.

Lastly the sound was much better than than then 130 RES I took out. I do have the Alpine system so that helped even more.

So If a 74 year old man can do this so can you.

Had no issue with the security code, and after the first boot, the radio recognized that I was in a Jeep and updated the user interface accordingly, and I was able to move my Sirius subscription onto this new radio. I purchased the non-refurbished. I had previously purchased the refurbished model for my previous vehicle and it worked flawlessly as well.

This radio adds so much to the inside of the Jeep. It works great and is great to have for all of the MP3 tunes on the hard drive.

The system works as stated and was extremely easy, to install and setup. Ugly issue was the delivery. It took the full five days to delivery. Unfortunately I ordered it the day before Thanksgiving and they had Friday off, so it was not sent out till the following Monday, I guess I need to pay attention to the date and time of year

Love it. Works great and it was truly plug and play. You do need to call Sirius XM and have your account transferred though.

The first radio they shipped had some major issues internally and didn’t work. These guys did everything they could to make things right, I had a return authorization and free shipping label within minutes, a new unit was shipped out that day. It works perfectly. Although things could have gone smoother the end result was a really nice addition to my Wrangler. Installation was a breeze too. Can’t say enough about the tech guys and customer service.

I originally purchased a refurbished radio unit which ended up being a bit older than I had liked. They let me easily swap it out for a newer model without any hassle. Even better I was able to go to their office location to do the swap. The whole time everyone was very responsive.

Got the stereo and was able to install it with in 20 minutes and no help needed. Now my Jeep even soinds louder. The only thing I had to do was call the satellite radio provider so they could change my subscription to the new radio and that was like a 12$ fee from them

Radio works great. Plug and play, more simple than originally thought. Works with all steering wheen controls and driver 1 driver 2 presets on 2012 Jeep Liberty.

Without the Lockpic, you have to have a dealer program it for extra features, even though the description says, "No-hassle, Plug & Play system. No programming required." The first dealer I went to, refused, the second really didn’t want to do it, until I convinced them into doing it. I also found some chipping on one of the buttons, when it arrived in the mail, but I guess I will live with it.

I love everything about my radio, except they sent me the oldest possibility RBZ not allowing me to upgrade to the Current software. If you have $350 and you want to go through the whole wiring and hand controls buy elsewhere, if you want plug and play, this is where to go! 10/10 would buy again!!

Only reason 4 stars instead of 5, is because it shows the Chrysler logo instead of the Jeep logo. I posted a question regarding this issue and if I can get an answer on how to resolve this problem, I’ll def change my rating to 5 stars. These factory radios are a little more expensive than an equivalent aftermarket radio, but the look and simplicity make up for that in big ways. This is basically plug and play, everything just works right out of the box. My install time was approximately 5 minutes start to finish and it has that perfect factory look.

I received the radio and my friend helped me remove my dash and install. Very simple as stated on the website. Plug and play! I love it. Very nice upgrade for my 2015 Wrangler.

Works great. Plug and play for an easy install on my 2015 wrangler. The "stealership" said my radio could not be upgraded and I should go with an aftermarket. The unit did have a scratch or two that’s why I gave it a 4 star rating. Other then the minor scratches absolutely love it

I am very pleased with the purchase of this unit and the service is amazing , I recommend it to everyone . I had problems with the security code and quickly called technical support. This unit works great in Japan too. In Japanese dealer do not have this radio even as an option. Therefore, most of wrangler user purchase the local made navigation systems but it is looks like after market device and it kills some steering control switches. However, this RBZ works great, it does not kill any default functions, and what I was so surprised is MW(AM) and FM radio works with Japanese radio frequencies. Display shows the range of Japanese radio frequencies.

Love this radio and the internal hard drive is the best feature of any radio I saw. Oemautoparts also had great customer service and shipped quick. Would recommend both to anyone looking for a radio.
